We recently purchased a home that has a finished portion of the basement (drywall and carpet), and needed to run a dehumidifier constantly, in an attempt to keep the dampness and musty smell under control. The floor was also extremely uneven. After a visit with Etown flooring, we decided to have vinyl flooring installed. Unfortunately, the concrete floor was damp and flaking, but Bryan really did his homework! He found products that were able to seal and level our floor. The entire team at Etown were fabulous to work with, and so helpful in working to find solutions for us. Our basement is now bright, flat, and has no musty odor. We love it!

We had carpet installed on our steps back in May right before Memorial Day weekend. Everyone at the store front was super helpful. They were patient with us and showed us many options. There was no pressure to choose a specific carpet. Once delivery day rolled around, they were prompt with scheduling an appointment to install the carpet. Luke did a fantastic job on the install.

Extended our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring into our bedroom. They were great matching our current flooring. Did a great job installing it and making sure we were satisfied.

Our experience dealing with Elizabethtown Flooring, from start to finish, was great. Everyone we dealt with, from Jordan in the store to Luke, the installer, were very friendly and helpful.
