Wow.just wow.we’ve been trying to buy a house for awhile now.first debbie dippold completely ruined our chance of a dream house and now she “mistakenly” told the tenants of this new house that we are signing on TODAY not to move out until the next weekend.she has been rude beyond belief.instead of telling us a week prior to us signing on the house.she decided to inform us of this 4 HOURS before we sign.now we are paying for a house that we cannot live in.don’t go through dippold with elk county real estate.you’ll be nothing but disappointed
