I would give more stars if it was possible. Ellen helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. She was kind and thoughtful. I have never connected with a therapist before I met her. She always made time for me, which was quite the feat with preschool schedules, whether virtual or in person. And every appointment was such a positive experience for me. She has had such a huge impact in my life. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had a very poor experience with Ellen. She never gave us any strength building exercises, goals to work on, or good advice for that matter. Her entire session consisted of her just listening to us talk without any real insight. I felt, instantly, like she sided with the female. Everything my partner said Ellen took at face value, but seemed to defend my partner when I explained my point of view. I also didn't like that she showed up 30 minutes late to one of our sessions.hopefully others had a better experience, but for $160 a session it seemed like a waste of time and money.
