I have had State Farm for many years. When my previous State Farm agency closed, I became a client of Elliot Tracey’s State Farm office.
I have been impressed by the service and professionalism that I receive each time I need it.
Most recently, my son was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss to our vehicle. Luckily, he was unharmed! However, the car was not. When I contacted my State Farm branch to report that my son was involved in an accident that was not his fault, I was asked before anything else if everyone was safe. Arturo truly cared about the people involved in the accident before worrying about handling the business end.
Arturo has been most helpful to me over and over again for the past few weeks since the incident. He has checked in with me, followed through with everything he said he would do, he showed kindness and consideration, and he truly took the time to make sure everything worked out the best it could. His polite manner, kind voice, and knowledge of insurance are even more reasons for me to remain a happy and loyal State Farm customer.
Thank you, Arturo. You have no idea how much you have helped make this tough situation easier to handle. You also kept a smile on my face. You are one of a kind! You’ll have a forever customer in me.

The Elliot Tracey State Farm agency really cares about the people they insure. I came here to get insurance for the first time as I’m moving into my first apartment and needed renter’s insurance. Elliot was super helpful and went over absolutely everything with me- I never realized how much protection I needed until I had everything explained to me. He also is helping me save a ton on my car- I’m paying much less than the previous state minimum insurance I had with Travelers for a lot more coverage. Everyone in the office is proactive with making sure that you get the coverage you need- they don’t push things on you that aren’t necessary. Wonderful family! I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends.

I called for quotes for auto and condo insurance and received very helpful information from Dan Liston. When I went into the office to complete the paperwork, Dan had the necessary documents ready for my signature, and again explained each policy and answered my questions. The professionalism and helpfulness I received from Dan, along with the savings in premium costs, have made me confident and comfortable with my decision to switch to State Farm.

In a world where everything is automated and it’s rare to speak to an actual human in customer service, Elliot Tracey State Farm Agency is a breath of fresh air. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, and they seem to care greatly about their customers. I came expecting to learn about car insurance and hopefully lower my monthly rate, and left feeling secure and protected in all areas of my life- and saved money! Elliot was very patient and understanding with all my questions, and helped me not only with my car insurance but also life insurance and refinancing my mortgage. He’s very professional and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy or self interested. Overall, I think the office provides a very well rounded approach to insurance and is a great choice for those who are looking for protection in all aspects of their life.

Elliot was kind and informative. He called to let me know my car insurance rate was going down. In the process we got talking about life insurance. I came to realize that my current policy was not meeting my familys current needs. (not to mention over paying) I'm so glad he took the time to call me today. I feel good knowing my family will always be protected.

Highly recommend! The representative we met with, Dan Liston, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He went over key points and helped us to better understand the details of our quote. He was actually sincere about setting us up with a plan that would best fit our families needs. It didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell us a product. That’s what I appreciated the most.

I switched over to State Farm around two years ago. From day one when Serena help me with figuring out what policies I needed 2 today when Yong talk to me with something I was really worried about. I must say the entire time I have dealt with State Farm and this particular office I have been nothing but treated respectfully and made to feel like family almost at the very least a friend. Any and everyone at this office has gone out their way to help me and I can tell they do it with a smile. I applaud y'all! I have been in customer service for over 30 years and my best days is when customers not only acknowledge but let me know how much better I made their day by just caring about making sure I am a satisfied customer and smiling when I get off the phone.
