I worked there when it was called Arista care at loyalsock! Worst place I ever worked for and their director was the worst. I’m not sure if they even care about the residents they look after! The place is a joke and if you have family there I advise you to remove them and put them somewhere else.

Very bad communication, can't ever get a nurse to answer, and they're all there at the nurses station when you go out there to visit.they stopped communicating with me 3 months ago, no updates on my mom's condition, I have to actually go out there to find out what's been going on with her. I was the main contact from day one, and I have not heard a thing from them, from the doctors or the nurses, or her social worker.she had a UTI infection that led the sepsis before she went there, and very high CO2 levels.she just had a UTI again while out there and they did a 7-Day treatment, but never bothered talking to family especially myself if they actually got it this time. I know she has high CO2 levels again and they didn't even bother doing a blood test, they checked her blood pressure, which tells me nothing at all, or them.she's had her meals late, didn't have a shower for days that she had to keep asking about. I am definitely not happy with the care she is receiving out there, and the lack of communication is the worst. I can never get a hold of anybody that can give me solid answers, and in the beginning it was nice and the nurses were decent, now none of those original nurses are even there, and most of the aides are ones I haven't seen before.this place has definitely went downhill, i wouldn't recommend it if you have a loved one in need of care. I spoke to Alex who is the administrator, she informed me in the beginning that my mom needed Medicaid so she could be there, and I asked her what needed to be done, and she told me everything I needed to do, and then suddenly I had a very difficult time getting a hold of her. I waited an entire month sending emails, making phone calls, even waited in the lobby for half an hour just to be told she wasn't there today when she told me that she would be. I mean this place is just totally neglectful and if something happens to her, I have been documenting everything, and I will file a lawsuit. Do Not Recommended!
