Everything was "okay", not what you're expecting paying the price they ask. No little shampoo bottles or soap, just large bottles that are shared. Be prepared to pay $25 a night for parking as well. You could smell marijuana smoke every now and then in the hallways, and on occasion, you will also spot a condom on the floor by the elevators.

Really, really bad. Bathroom: toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned; dirty tub didn't drain; moldy shower curtain; shampoo and other dispensers empty, one broken off the wall; sink tap came off in my hand. Bedroom USB broken. Old non-working landline phones with exposed wires. Loose hardware everywhere. Lipstick stains on the chair. The place felt dated and "ailing, " as other reviews mention. Better cleaning and some very basic repairs could have helped, but it felt as if no one cared enough to bother. A couple of positives: the location was somewhat convenient for a morning flight, the front desk people were cheery, and the beds were comfy. But I would never, ever stay here again, even if the rates were reasonable. They were not. (We prepaid close to $200 for one night.)

Quite possibly the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at.the women at the front desk was horrible right off the bat, unhelpful and had a bad attitude.i was polite but she was not.don’t stay here because it’s close to the airport, it’s not worth it.

Maybe stay elsewhere.
The hotel itself was fine, definitely dated. The shower floor was DISGUSTING. Checked in too late to get housekeeping.
Went to managers reception and was yelled at by staff member Ruthie. She was giving certain guests free shots of Hennessy some just got an ear full. Would never stay again if I had an option.

Don’t stay here- I am a diamond member And that literally means nothing to them. Tvs do not work - phones do not work - shuttle bus picks you up an hour too late.and they couldn’t care less.

We didn't have a lot of choices when it came to staying here. It was late at night, our flight got canceled. We were trying to find a place close to the airport because we had been advised to get there before 4 am to secure our place on the plane.

We disappointed with our stay at Extended Stay America. Please look at my pictures. The quarters were clean but the carpet was stained. The rooms were "No Smoking" but I could smell a hint of smoke all night long while in bed. The bed was OK, but for some reason I wasn't able to sleep, but I did get several hours if verticle rest. When I first got in the room and heard the old refrigerator, I was afraid it's sound would keep me awake.

The cost with all of the taxes was $151! The intent is for people that are going to stay longer. There is a small kitchen, and I was surprised to see that there wasn't any dishes, etc.in the cupboard.

The place looks like it was made very cheaply, and barely kept together. The insulation didn't seem to be very good-I could hear someone's feet pounding on the floor as they ran down the hallway.

Positives: clean, hot shower, not far from airport.

Negatives: stained carpet, smokey smell in bed, dated kitchen, thin walls, over priced.

Had a disappointing experience here. The furniture is very worn, no kleenex in room. Shower curtain stained and snagged. Temp was set at 60° when we arrived at 1am. It was 31° outside, so we went to bed cold. In the morning (7am) it was still cold in the room. There were small items of trash on the floors. The TV remote was gross looking. The breakfast was just ok. The omlette was good, but everything else blah. The shuttle was just ok. I don't understand how an airport hotel has a shuttle without a luggage rack. They just stack up bags on the seats. I wouldn't recommend.
Added later: not recognized as a Diamond member upon check in, had to insert credit card for $100 hold, and then that card was charged instead of the one in the profile/ on file. Was not aware until later when reviewing receipt post check out. Huge error on their part!

Please do not stay here. The rooms are disgusting and my first room had a 2 foot long hole between the window and the wall. My second room had wet carpet from the window. It was raining hard the night of my stay, but that is not an excuse for water in your room. Also when I went down to return my room key (of my first room) the front desk yelled “what is it now? ” At me before I was able to even say a word. Please do not stay here.

Bit old and rundown. Most of the staff was welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. Did have to go to the front desk to get sheets for the foldout couch at 11 pm in my pajamas.

This hotel was disgusting. Mold everywhere. Took 4 tries at the front desk to get a room (first we were out in a room that already had someone in it, the second room had mold and the third time the keys didn’t work, so on the 4th trip down to the front desk late at night and exhausted we finally got a room to sleep in) and find one without mold in the bed. I will never go back. I can’t believe this is a Hilton.

Hospitality has returned in the form of this property. I ham having the absolute best stay at an Embassy. This staff is trained to go above and beyond and believe you me they definitely do go the extra mile. I want to bring particular attention to the staff that rarely gets acknowledgment. The engineer Darrell (sp) Adams exemplifies phenomenal customer service. He stopped what he was doing to come fix an issue in my room. Its not the sense of urgency that was displayed, it was the precision and efficiency that was my wow factor. Darrell, you are a true asset to this property.

The staff have been fantastic. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. My low rating is because of the condition of the hotel itself. This hotel is in need of a desperate refresh. There are broken displays, mold in the showers, the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear, and some of the doors don't work properly. The hotel gets a lot of road and airport noise at night but not much from the guests.

WORST Embassy Suites I have every stayed at. The rooms are very shabby and not put together. The maid service through away my electric shaver toothbrush hairbrush etc when updating the room. No one handles for assistance. Management? Unpatched and badly patched holes in the wall. The management is not present. The lobby staff are overworked, uninspired and unhelpful. The restaurant had one server for the entire dinner service (multiple days/not a one off). Zero attention to details on all fronts. No one answers the phone at this location. No one answers the phone for airport shuttle from the airport. Deserves negative stars. Absolutely the WORST.

CHECK YOUR BILL, they changed our rate from the confirmed rate we booked at $214 to $299. We left on an early flight and did not notice till later. I called and emailed and called guest services and this Hilton is franchised out and Hilton would not help resolve the matter.
Also we had noisy neighbors at night and the management wanted us to move our room instead of asking them to quite down. We finally had to call security. Never again!

Refrigerator didn’t work.
Sinks would stop up.
Phones in room didn’t work.
Most importantly, there was a wall full of mold!
Location was good & shuttle!

I have stayed here an work here it was the best job I ever had I looking to go back I had to resign because my grandma became ill with dementia so as I didn’t want to leave but my grandma took care of me so I returned the favor no one else in my family would help an when I stayed at this place they have the best customer service ever specially when I was working there I would go above and beyond for the guest an I know the co worker I work with most of them do the same if your looking for some where to stay clean an nice you found it

Absolutely ridiculous that you pay for a room and then are charged 30.00 to park. Funny because you need a room key to get in and out so why would you be charging a customer. The lady at the restaurant was absolutely rude and walked away at one point like we annoyed her. Can’t say as a Hilton rewards member I’ll be staying there again. No pillows or blankets for pull out bed and no soap for the shower. When we went to front desk we were told house keeping left and they couldn’t do anything more.
