Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge, Wayne PA

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful. The offer pack n plays. Complimentary breakfast (omelet station) delicious. Complimentary happy hour ever day; cant beat that! And let me tell you about the brand new restaurant in the hotel.hands down some of the best food I have ever had, service incredible also. I would absolutely recommend this hotel/restaurant. As my son said, "400 out of 10 ranking. "

We thankfully are only staying here for one night with a wedding block. Upon arrival back from the wedding we decided to hang in the lobby with a cooler of beer we had brought with us (numerous other groups of people also were doing the same).
Where we sat there were soft pretzels out with no signage that they were for a specific event so my husband helped himself to one thinking they were complimentary.

The rudest hotel employee came up to us and demanded we take our drinks “out of his lobby and that this was part of his restaurant” although we were not within the restaurant limits/ropes.

Had this man asked nicely and approached us with kindness this would be a different story however that’s not how this ended. He proceed to tell us security would have us removed and that he was going to call the police. He was wailing his hands in my husbands face and was externally rude and unprofessional.

This man’s name is Hikmet, so I was told by the front desk staff - he was not wearing any sort of name tag so this may be incorrect but we did take video footage when it escalated.

There are still numerous other groups in the lobby drinking outside beer but he chose to only reprimand us like Children.
Based on this treatment we would never stay here again because of this sad man’s power trip.

Update - it’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not received an update, apology, nothing.

We used Embassy Suites for our wedding room blocks and everyone loved it there! The inside of the hotel was nice and new, the suites were great and spacious. Michael was great to work with for getting shuttles and setting everything up. Would highly recommend!

The staff was all great and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff made sure everything was always full. The new restaurant and chef was amazing. The food was great and service was great too! Would definitely return!

This is not a bad place to stay. The area is nice, pleasant staff, complimentary breakfast, and a manager reception. I was there for anniversary and the week before a friend had their family reunion at this hotel and they enjoyed themselves.

We’ve stayed in a number of hotels in this area for hockey tournaments and this one is by far the nicest. The hotel is beautiful and well-appointed, and service is excellent (and friendly!). We were lucky enough to be visiting during the opening of their brand new on-site restaurant Cool River, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely accommodating for our large group and the food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the tuna tartar appetizer and soy ginger smoked chicken. Others at my table raved about the filet and bread pudding. It’s worth visiting the hotel for this restaurant even if you aren’t staying overnight. Thanks for a great stay!

Our first room was dirty, and our final room’s AC was broken and made a lot of noise. The food was alright. The staff were very helpful and nice though.

My stay was awesome. There was a hiccup when we ordered burgers from the new restaurant. I had 4 children who ordered well done burgers, but they came out medium rare. The staff was awesome and compensated me. Ina and Falan was the best ever. The head chef came out and a couple other big shot to make sure I was taken care of. I take my children to hotels often to swim after football games and this is my new hotel. Every last staff member last night was just awesome.

Our daughter choose this hotel for her wedding guests. From the time we checked in on Friday till we checked out on Sunday our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms, as well as the public spaces, were very clean and updated with attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast buffet was an unexpected surprise and delicious!
We were very impressed with everything at this hotel and we would very highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in or around the area. 5 + stars!

Stayed here for 1 night. The stay was good, the room was clean. But was very disappointed when there was no cook-to-order breakfast at the hotel next day morning. The frontdesk was not friendly at all. I asked for an upgrade and they simply denied it saying there were no rooms available, when clearly the website was showing upgraded rooms available. Embassy Suites by Hilton is one of my favourite places to stay, but not so sure anymore.

I should have written this review months ago, but I’m finally doing it now. I wish I could’ve met the manager on duty the night or morning after of our check-in. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night. I booked this hotel with the hotel staff over the phone, and I specifically mentioned how we were celebrating our wedding and first night there. I also mentioned how we would be arriving late from the wedding and to ask for a late check-out, which they noted and followed up with. However, I did have the staff member on the phone make a note and special request for any accommodations for our wedding. Because this was a special occasion, I was hoping that they would give us something nice, anything complimentary; a free upgrade or a complimentary bottle of wine, anything! To our disappointment, they didn’t offer anything to us. We were already exhausted and sleep deprived from the wedding so we slept in and missed breakfast and the night before we missed out on the evening reception. So not only did we not receive anything special from the staff, but we missed out on any amenities and benefits of staying there. Mind you, I am a Hilton honors member and the rewards/benefits they have are meaningless. They’re worthless when you’re spending a lot to stay there and they’re giving you things that are a basic standard at any hotel. Free wifi, digital key, and digital check-in are nothing special. Please note this for management.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was probably the quietest room we have ever stayed in! All four nights! Bed was extremely comfortable. One recommendation would be to replace the sofa in the living room.very worn and stained.

Had the room on the third floor and the bar outside was rented by people who were getting married and even after midnight it was so loud that I could not sleep to get ready for next day drive. I called the front desk and they told me it was normal and the bar was paid to open later for the wedding people. I believe people can have fun but others should not suffer for it and I also have paid to have good night of sleep as well. We stayed here before and some family had reunions but it was not this loud and it is almost 1AM now and because of the noise which woke me up and I am wide awake. We liked this place so we came back but ….

I'm disappointed with Embassy Suites. My room was not even cleaned upon our arrival. There was very little effort in maintaining cleanliness. We booked months in advance and we checked in early there was no excuse for the lack of preparation and effort in the service provided. The sheets had holes in them and we're clearly not clean. When I arrived there weren't even pillows on the bed they were off to the side without pillow cases. The bathroom was not cleaned there was makeup on the door and everywhere. We arrived as a group for a wedding and many of my family members rooms were the same way if not worse. My cousin's sheets had blood on them. There was mold in the bathroom. The conditions are hazardous. I have pictures
