My family and I went 13 years without visiting. They came to PA from Canada, and we came from NC. I have never had a massage, however, this place was AMAZING! Complimentary flavored water, regular water, coffee, etc. They accommodate to your needs, and focuses of what part your body needs most work on. 10/10 recommend this spa! Hannah was absolutely amazing!

My spa experience here was amazing! I cannot wait to come back, my masseuse was absolutely wonderful and she gave me wonderful conversation not too much but just enough for me to relax. The tsunami shower. Amazing. The hot stones. Amazing. Again, I will be returning!

I am truly amazed with this small business and just had the best massage. Donna was so professional, kind, and skilled. I have had massages in Paris, Newport, Vail, along with many other cities but this massage at Emerald Springs was by far the best I have ever received. Thank you so much Donna! Can’t wait to be back!

This location has changed a lot in the last 5 or so years. They continue to struggle with having enough massage therapists in the event one calls off from work. I made an appointment a month ago for 4/7/2023. A week after I made the appt; I got an email advising they needed to change the appointment or therapists. SO, I agreed no problem. Fast forward to April 6th. I get a text at almost 8pm est to say the appt is being canceled. CANCELED! This happened to me last year and now again this year. I use to really love this place because the service was consistent & good. Last minute cancellations with no contingency plan are unacceptable. Also. I asked for the manager to give me a call & it's April 10th and no call. So that says a lot. The service & the management is horrible in my opinion. I will not recommend this place if you are looking for consistent excellent customer service.

My sister and I got massages here at the same time. She had a great experience so it must have just been my masseuse, Lazarus. He thought I was too tense, and although I apologized a few times (which was unnecessary - isn't it their job to provide a relaxing environment?), he continued to make several nasty comments. He said it felt like I was ready to punch him at any moment. Then he said, "Remind me to never become a stay-at-home mom. " I was so taken off guard, I apologized again (which in hindsight I'm so mad I was apologetic) and said I'd try to relax more. Then he said that he felt sorry for me that I was like that and have a hard time relaxing (which is not true - I was just so uncomfortable with him). At the very end, his last words were, "You are not a lost cause. " It was an absolutely horrible experience, and I'm so mad that I spent money to basically have someone verbally abuse me.

The lady at the front desk with the blond hair is lovely. She looks professional! She was pleasant. The other staff were not. Started going to the spa and the other staff said you have to try this one great guy/massages! I said ok, and booked a bunch of massages with him, only to find when I went back the said he’s not here today? I ended up canceling the appointments then. But they keep sending me reminders on the day that I should have gone. Called the first time they did it. They said they would take care of them? The point what I’m getting at is from the beginning, they take your credit card number and if you don’t come they charge any you card anyway! For the second time take me out of emails, text, NOW like you said first time I called!

Natalie did my 60 minute massage and the pressure was perfect. Everyone was so nice and I can’t wait to treat myself again and go back! I literally can’t say a bad word. Loved it!

Just walking in the door’s starts to get you relaxed! The staff here are cheerful and welcoming. Going back to the lounge brings you to a quiet, comfortable seating area with sofa’s, infused water, tea and coffee available. Restrooms are handy and beautifully decorated. I have never been disappointed with my massage therapist’s here. The list of all the techniques is extensive and worth exploring. I highly recommend Emerald Spa for any time you need some self- care or want to give a very special gift.

Love the Zen massage. Nice clean establishment, easy to get to and ample parking. I always feel comfortable during my service and leave feeling refreshed. I wish they had more hours and availability, as sometimes you have to schedule appointments well in advance. Worth it though! Tasha is fantastic, I highly recommend her

Extremely disappointed in this spa. I called prior to booking an appointment online and they did not even try to help book an appointment on the phone. When I did book an appt online for my significant other as a birthday surprise, I received an email and text confirmation 2 days prior with the correct date and time and confirmed. When we arrived, they stated that I booked for June 18th at 2pm at a random date and time. It made no sense at all. It was such a sad error on their part and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I have not received any compensation for the time, energy & money we wasted to drive to this place.

Excellent service and very professional and clean. We enjoyed a couples massage during a getaway, and were very happy with the spa.

I love the atmosphere, professionalism and expertise of the therapists. As soon as I walk in the door, I'm transported to a different place and I start to relax. Very good energy here!
