I called Dan stressed & scared on a Sunday not knowing what to do. He took on my case & we set up a meeting for the next day. He answered any questions I had & made me feel confident we can get the case dismissed. After a long month we went in for a preliminary hearing & within 5 minutes case was dismissed. Not once did I feel like I made a wrong decision going to emkey law firm. I will be recommending him to everyone in need of assistance.

Daniel is an excellent attorney I recommend this man! He answers questions, knows the law in and out! He was very courteous and very very respectful he was slammed all week in court and still took time to call! If you need a defense attorney this is the guy I’ve had a few and he’s the best!

Also I am not being paid nor asked to write this however, Emkey Law Firm is where I will be handling any of my needs for a lawyer or referring anyone to. Not only did they take me on the spot Mr. Emkey and his assistant are the two most knowledgeable and undoubtedly nicest people I have ever met. In todays world you are judged or criticized by everyone and Mr. Emkey didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or out of place at all. I would also like to say they are very timely and take a call or respond to an email faster than anyone I’ve ever met. Emkey law firm has proved to be the only place I will ever think about if anything or anyone needs a law firm, his accomplishments and background are what brought me and his hospitality, drive and motivation to help are what’s keeping me. There arn’t many good trustworthy people left in todays world so it’s safe to say for whatever you need he’s your guy.

Dan Emkey is one of the best attorneys in Berks County. I am an attorney from another county, and know Dan through some cases I've handled there. Bottom line is he did not honor my request to get dismissed. Due to DUI. OFFICER stated I refused breath test.not proven and un true. My experience with him was distasteful, I felt like I was bothering him with questions. He is aDUO attorney who knows how to make money. He cared less about me. I could say more but I feel sick now.
