Can’t say enough good things about this place. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday when my dentist was closed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and they helped me with my tooth pain immediately. I will be switching to them for my regular dental care.

Highly recommend this dental office for children and adults! The hygienist was so thorough and nice!

NEVER GO TO EMMERT! They will charge you out of pocket for things that should be covered by ins. When you call them out on it and want a refund they will then claim they were out of network to try and get out of paying you your money back. There's a reason they have 1 out of 5 stars with the BBB. DONT BECOME THEIR NEXT SCAM VICTIM. STAY AWAY FROM EMMERT DENTAL! I would also advise people to never pay at the office the day of service. Wait till all claims are paid before paying your outstanding balance unless you don't have ins. Also ask for an itemized invoice. Never accept just a total when paying your balance!

Because they included work that wasn't done on my wife's bill she confronted them and got them to remove the additional charges. She paid cash in-person because she did not trust them with her card information after they had already been dishonest. She asked point blank to inform her of the complete bill and paid it. They gave her a receipt, paid in full. Days go by, and now she is receiving bills again from Emmert saying they have no record of her payment, and she still owes them hundreds. They claim to not recognize their own receipt. This matter will be furnished to the law. I suggest anyone else who has complained here should do the same. It's grossly criminal to try to take advantage of those needing emergency care, kicking them when they are already down. They need to be shut down. It's creepy that they should be allowed to touch anyone. Edit: Today she received another bill with an increased number. They are heaping hot coals on themselves. When this is done, every detail will be widely publish. It's a good time for them to apologize and drop it. Edit: Another one 11/23. I guessing someone needs Christmas money, maybe more cosmetic surgery? Just trying to figure them out.

I have never in my life been in this much pain. They lied about being in network with my insurance. I would literally go to a vet before I go to them and I'm filing a complaint for fraudulent billing on their behalf with my insurance company. LITERALLY if I could give a -5 stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!
3hrs it took for me to get a call back today. 24hrs to get a call back about an antibiotic I should've been put on that I ask about that day. 10 min to respond to a bad review. I will be in there today before 5 to pick up my script as directed and I will sign my records release at that time. That fact that you would even discuss that in this review shows how unprofessional you are.

My husband had a tooth issue and needed to get an emergency check-up. We were told they were in-network and when we went, we left early before work could be done due to reading the bad reviews online. It turns out, while Emmert Dental itself (allegedly) accepts MetLife, the dentist my husband saw does not. We got a $539 bill that we are now going to fight, as we were charged for a procedure that was not done. Sadly, we are now in the group of bad reviews for this place. We should have read through the terrible reviews beforehand! To others: do NOT go to this dentist's office!

My response to the owner's reply: We saw Dr. Roberto Michienzi. He does not accept MetLife. It says in our Dental Insurance website for MetLife he is out of network. It's odd to us that Emmert is accepted by MetLife but a dentist who does not accept MetLife is employed by Emmert. Either way we will be fighting the bill. The claim is processed and done and the dentist was out of network, unbeknownst to us given Emmert does accept MetLife.

They are scammers and con artist. The front desk woman pocketed my copay and sent me a copay in the mail after I paid up front

Like everyone else says stay away from this place i had some issues with my teeth so i made appointment to check it out and after an x-ray they told me i need two root canal with bridge and crown and the cost is around 8000 dollars with the discount will cost 6000 which i thought it was outrageous and few days later they sent me a bill for 313 dollars for x-ray an visit i made a call and discussed the bill why they would charge me 313 dollars and in past i paid 100 dollars for almost same thing but they said this is different which there was nothing different than before so they change the bill to 195 and I think this place is ripoff and they lost my business not going back anymore

AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! (This includes ALL locations) For a routine cleaning and 7 fillings (which I doubt I needed in hindsight) they charged me $1800 and that’s after insurance because of shady billing practices. Then after I completed those fillings (I was young and dumb, I know), the doctor told me I need 3 more fillings on the other side but they had already maxed out my insurance so I’d have to pay out of pocket for it. I asked them to show me the original agreement for the work because that was supposed to be included but they refused. So I left and filed a dispute with both my bank and my insurance. That is the only way to get your money back because these liars will do what they can to scam and scheme. Should I also say I kept receiving a past due bill in the mail after I paid in full on my first visit and they couldn’t explain why I was receiving it. I also now have permanent sensitivity from to shoddy work they’ve done now. STAY FAR AWAY!
