EMR Allentown

Went there today & yesterday, go 2-3 times per month. They're all great people
who work there. Super easy cash out at ATM. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everytime I go to EMR I end up with nails in mi tires! I was told if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else! Millions of nailsI. When I sold my copper and aluminum I was forced to take metals to designated bins myself after it was weighed with no help. Place is terrible compared to other yards ie Tampa.

-$40 or +$4 cash? ! I took my 2 old Air Conditioner units to EMR scrap yard instead of paying the City of Allentown to pick them up. (I'd have to move them to the corner myself anyway, might as well move them to my trunk.) Super helpful, friendly workers and easy process! One sign said no freon but the nice man said he'd break it down for recycling.

I have been going here for the past six months with my cousin and every trip was great. The staff is super friendly, especially the young dude in the blue building. The ATM setup is awesome. I don't trust the other yards in town, they seem shady and are not nearly as professional.

I'm a customer and i will recommend EMR to all of my friends and family because they are fair to me and the service is number one in this business

Good service friendly people helped me get a couple extra dollars for my scrap metal regular steel and precious metals

I went there today had a great experience staff was friendly polite and very efficient. I go there about once every month and I enjoy it.

The staff here is amazing.they are always there to help the public. It is clean and a very safe environment. If you have to recycle E MR is the place to scrap. No other scrap yard does it like EMR! Angelica

Junked a car there yesterday and the price was very fair. Having the cash kiosk there was very convenient and the whole process took less than 15 minutes even though it was very busy. Will use again

The prices are far below the market value 4 copper aluminum and brass. Aluminum they were showing $0.40 to $0.60 a pound they gave me. $. 30 and so on also lot of debris in the driving areas things were cracking and snapping as I drove concerned about my tires didn't pop but won't go back.

Great yard, nice that it is all concreted, no mud mess. Helpful and hardworking employees. Receipts are easy to read and understand what your metal weighs and how much you are being paid per pound. Good system similar to an ATM to receive your payment for your metal. I would definitely recommend selling your unwanted scrap metal to EMR Allentown Pa location

Excellent recycling area, service is helpful and polite, yard is very busy not the type of place to sight see, get in and getter done

! Beware! If you like your vehical dont come here metal and glass everywhere in the driveways verry unkept. Also people putting carts agenst your truck to unload theres. I hope the employees don't get paid much because they didn't know anything as to where to put curtain metals they also sat there while i did their job for them and after all of this their prices are the lowest around 1 star because no stars isn't an option

SCAM! BEWARE! ! PRICES FAR LOWER THAN SHNEIDER THATS NEXT TO THEM!
scale shows one weight, receipt different, and price already lower, why so greedy? !? "employee" makes you do all the work while just sitting his ass on a chair.
Prices are not shown anywhere and false advertising is a crime last o checked. Shneider gas few bad employees but prices and scale is correct unlike in this place.
