I had an awesome first visit to Enchanted Nails.
Nancy did a super awesome job very precise. Made sure I was comfortable and like my nails through the whole process. They are beautiful.

My daughter went here yesterday as part of her friend's birthday celebration and asked for an ombre dip manicure. She described the exact look, length, color, and shape she wanted and provided two reference pictures. The result was terrible. The tech did not file her nails at all before applying color. The overall result looked like it was already two weeks grown out. The surface of each finished nail was lumpy, the color did not extend all the way to the edges and was filled with air bubbles. We are at her regular place today having this fixed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. Will not return.

Monica - she had an appointment with her friend at around 3: 30pm. The technician was at a station on the right, in the 3rd chair.

I’ve been to so many places in the area and always find myself coming back here because it’s the best. Nancy is absolutely amazing! Great personality and so diligent in doing my full gel set and pedicure. Throughout she kept asking me if I was good, if anything hurt and if I liked it. She made sure my experience was relaxing and I was satisfied. Very happy with my nails and pedicure and look forward to coming back as always.

Great women owned nail salon! They always have flexible availability, plenty of staff, and a very clean shop. Would recommend!

Rude and sloppy asked for glitter she forgot very poor customer service did not deserve a tip unfortunately I gave her one.won’t come back again

I received a gel manicure and a toe polish. Due to a health reason I am unable to get a full pedicure right now and Nancy was perfect in checking with me constantly to make sure she was not hurting me. She was great! Very happy!

I went in for a pedicure. Because it had been a while since I'd had a pedicure, I was convinced to get the "spa pedicure" which the girl told me was $50. I needed to have a fake nail put on both my big toes. I've had this done before at other places with no problem. This wasn't the best and I wasn't thrilled. After I paid and got home, I realized I was charged $60, not $50 as I was told. I had given her a $10 tip so I paid $70 for a pedicure that I'm not thrilled with. One week later, the polish even seems to be wearing off. Doubt I'll go back.

This is usually my go to nail salon but I most likely won’t be going back. The lady that was doing my nails rushed to get them done, didn’t use the colors I picked out, cut me multiple times, and made the design look nothing like I wanted.

I wrote a review from before a year ago service was amazing I think the lady's name was Thena. However i went there today to get a gel pedicure the lady who did it in the yellow shirt was awful. She filled the water bowl up walked away another lady had to run over to turn it off before it started to spill over. When the lady in the yellow shirt came back she pushed my feet into the water without checking the water which was very hot. She kept being very rough and slapping me even after i told her that is not something i like nor is acceptable in America. It was hard to explain since she really did not speak english. She did not change her glove after disposing up a prior clients pedicure bowl mess until i told her she needed to. Check the cameras. No need to lie about anything my big toe has already chipped 45 dollars felt like a rip off because i had to settle she could not do a marble design so i have very basic gel pedicure for a below average service. I still tipped her well because she did complete the service but will i come back nope and exactly why my review that used to be 5 stars is now 2 stars. Customer service is everything and certain employees need to work on it tremendously. Im sure the other women that work there are great but this was just unacceptable.

They did a fabulous job! The place is very clean the staff is very friendly and nice. My nail tech took such time and care honestly best full set I have ever had. They are perfect. Highly recommend.

Don’t go unless Monica does your nails.overall horrible experience. The lady i got left dried acrylic all over my fingers and wasn’t careful when using her drill bit. She could do the picture which was a simple french tip AND they charged me $60 for a refill.worst experience i’ve had at a nail salon.
