I called this place because the sawmill I typically use was out of stock on poplar. The business number listed seemed like it was going to a cell phone. Someone, that I venture to guess was named Tony based on the voicemail recording I was sent to on every other call that followed, picked up by simply saying hello instead of introducing himself. He was extremely rude because he was having a hard time hearing me. He told me to buy a new phone and hung up. I tried to call back numerous times only to be sent to voice mail repeatedly. This is not the way you establish new business relationships or grow your customer base. I have a poplar order that would typically be valued by my regular supplier at over $1000. That could have been yours. I will now never buy a thing from you. Best of luck in business!

The owner is amazing! Very helpful and offers a great variety. We bought hemlock, black walnut, cherry and pine for several projects.
