Endoscopy Center of Bucks County reviews
5So, no one WANTS to go for endoscopy, of course. But I have to say that the team here made everything SO easy. From reception to completion, it could not have been a more professional, nurturing group of people. Highly recommend.
It was bad enough I had to wait an hour after being called to pick up my mother, however the receptionist might be one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in years! Thank goodness the nurse that brought out my mother was a sweetheart or I would have given them a one star rating.
Today I had my 1st Colonopasy, my Experience at The Endoscopy Center of Bucks County couldn't have gone any Better, starting with a Lobby Greeting Nurse who took my Temperature (Covid-19 requirement), then went into the Reception Room where I was Greeted with Respect filling out the proper forms Concent, Contact Driver Information ETC, after that Prep Nurse were very Professional and Calming especially for a 1st Timer, then Dr. Darren J. Andrade M. D.came out and talked me through everything about the forgoing procedure, then after it was over, again came out to tell me how everything went which was Great News for me, I will Definitely share my Experience with this Endoscopy Center of Bucks County to whoever needs a Great Pleasent Facility, Thank you all for allowing me to Share my Experience, See You in 10 Yrs. (5) Star Center!? !
I was scheduled for my appointment at 1: 00 pm.
Day before the appointment I was asked to come an hour early. I left my work earlier than originally planned to get to the appointment on time.
On the way, I got a voicemail that my appointment is pushed half an hour late.
I reached the office at 12: 25. The receptionist at front desk told my appointment is at 1: 30 pm and she left a voicemail mail on my phone. She seems upset on me being at the office at 12: 30.
I told her the voicemail said 12: 30 pm and she disagreed with me. Then I played the voicemail to her which says "come to office at 12: 30". She seems more irritated.
As a professional, I wish she had the curtosey to apologize. I work in similar field and I understand appointments run late, or need to move them early or later. Address the situation with a little more compassion, than making the patients uncomfortable.
My doctor, nurses and other staffs in that office that I come across, all are really wonderful.
