It's a venue for parties. On the other side, it has research laboratories of three universities. Attached is a small view of 1st floor.

We had our wedding here on 2/18/23. The day was absolutely perfect in every way. Shannon and her team at the EIC were so helpful and played a pivotal role in our dream coming to life. All of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the space was, and we couldn’t agree more! Shannon made the process feel easy and was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the planning process. We would recommend this venue to anyone.

Very interesting venue for a wedding. Beautiful views, loved the industrial decor. Metal chairs for seats were NOT comfortable!

This place came a long way from when it used to be Connelly. I love it here. Id definitely put my boys in here when they have down time. Learn something when your doin nothing is my moto.

I had a chance to look at the Energy Innovation Center this week. What a great gem we have here in our city. All medical; engineering and IT start ups should be aware of this lab and office space. Established firms should be aware as well. Many local universities and high tech companies have already taken advantage of this opportunity.

Toured for our wedding, absolutely beautiful looking and so reasonably priced compared to others. Tour person was so nice too!

We were lucky to be able to use this venue for a small 2020 wedding, and a 2021 vow renewal with reception. The space is absolutely amazing and the staff is wonderful to work with. I can't recommend EIC more!

Very nice industrial interior design. Slightly confusing to navigate through the large building.

This place steals money and the staff is very unprofessional. Something strange is going on behind the scenes there with their CEO.

Beautiful space but very unprofessional and rude employees. Rented for an event and all they were concerned about was my money, was not helpful in planning my event whatsoever. It appears that they are hurting for money, would not recommend.
