I just had my stacked stone foundation spray foamed. Also over the sill plate.
I also had more fiberglass blown in insulation added to the attic.
The men made it look easy. My house had no outside entrance to basement. They had to go through the house. Plastic was installed on floor and plastic barrier was installed to prevent infiltration to living space.
My attic had no stairway to get into it. Only a small opening to get to it. Once again the men had to go through the house. They ran hose through upstairs window and into attic. Plastic barrier was installed here and no mess to clean up.
Chad and John did the basement. Pat and Brian did my attic. Aaron Brown came to my home and gave me the estimate. Aaron kept me informed of when the men will arrive and approximately how long it will take.

I had a concrete back porch slab that had settled in one corner which left a roof post unsupported. When I called for an estimate they were very responsive and called back the next day. Bryan and Ted stopped to check out the job and they were very friendly and professional. I had an estimate a day later and it was very reasonable. When they lifted the slab, they ensured the loose post was plumb and secure. They worked quickly and cleanly. When they completed the job, Bryan told me that they had to use less material then they originally estimated so the final bill was lower than the estimate. I am very happy with the results and with the service and highly recommend them for lifting concrete slabs.

Excellent service. They did a great job foam insulating my attic. Crew was very careful not to disturb anything in the living area of my house. High quality work.

Spray foam was not their answer to everything. The crew was informative and the work was done during the timeframes defined. What I liked most was how well they adapted to doing some extra work. I was able to open a couple of areas up after they had provided an estimate. The additional charges for that effort was very reasonable. I have already recommended their services to another neighbor.

After waiting through the pandemic work stoppage, they were finally able to insulate my attic with blown-in cellulose.

Before they could get started, they had to remove the existing insulation and sweep all the bays. They couldn't just blow in cellulose on top of the old stuff because the original insulation had been installed upside-down with the vaper barrier on top. Also, we had 15 light canisters to be covered and sealed, as well as a bathroom exhaust fan.

Our roof ventilation is through a ridge vent with soffit openings all around the house. To maintain that air flow and not clog it up with the blown-in insulation, they installed baffles between each roof rafter all around the perimeter.

They came with 30 years of experience. They were prompt and worked hard in our hot attic. They started by laying down plastic to protect our floors. We had taped plastic from our ceiling to form a defined pathway for them to traverse. That worked well, but this is dirty business, so we still had to vacuum and mop after they finished.

After the removal work and the prep work was done, they blew in the insulation. They set up rulers at several location in the attic so we could see how many inches of insulation (16) they had blown in.

They finished by installing an insulated tent over the attic door opening. That allows entrance to the attic, while insulating the opening.

So, we think they did a good job. We would recommend them to those who are looking to re-insulate their attic with blown-in types of insulation.

Had an appt today at 2. Made special arrangements for someone to be there and he never showed. I called and he had me down for the following week. This appt was made 3 days ago. If you cant get the appt correct I have no faith in you doing the job correctly either or paying for the service and never showing up again. Good bye!
