12This is the only place I go. I don't trust other places. They are always friendly and I feel family.
I went Wednesday afternoon to do my nails and by Friday the nail polish (gel) have bubble. I told the girl that the light to hard the gel was not good but she said have to put the final coat.
I had the most wonderful pedicure and back massage! I’ve gone to many, and this nail salon was the best - clean, friendly, professional - a gem in the Bethlehem Star town. Thank you Jackie, the young grandma
Unless you are getting acrylic nails & a full set - they don’t care what your nails look like.they don’t soak the nails, barely touch the cuticles, and will push you to the side and have you waiting with ONE HAND DONE if someone else comes in wanting a full set.if you want a gel manicure, go somewhere else.i still have my old nail polish peeking underneath my “freshly manicured” nails.
**Disclaimer- the 1 star is because of the “boss”. Annie TOTALLY gets 5 stars! **
I had been coming to this salon for a few months for gel manicures and pedicures so I thought for my wedding in Florida on 4/26/23 I would have a place to get acrylics done. I was very underwhelmed. The woman who did them said “I’m going to make them beautiful! ”. Well, they looked beautiful from a far. I had a French manicure done and the white portion was too thick and she did not have the corners go all the way down like normal nails. I wasn’t going to make a fuss because it was late and I just wanted to get home. We left for Florida two days later on Saturday and by Monday the nails already started to lift. Anyways, fast forward to today. I scheduled an appointment for acrylic removal and a gel manicure after with Annie who is AWESOME by the way! Annie started to use the tool to remove the nails and the woman who did my nails who is the “boss” I presume, came over and literally started to rip the acrylic off! I told her it hurt and all the other places I had nails removed at would soak them to soften up the acrylic. She literally looked at me and said “soaking takes too much time! ” (there was no one waiting for service at that time so what was the big deal?). I kept telling her it hurt as she was jamming a fake nail under the acrylic ripping my nail underneath to shreds, and she just laughed, never once said sorry! I said to her “I really do not think this is funny! ”. If I didn’t love having my nails done by Annie, I would have got up and walked out! I was appalled that she laughed about hurting a client AND choosing the way she was removing the nails! I was so furious. Annie was amazing. She truly felt bad for what happened but worked her magic and made my nails look absolutely amazing! The entire time she was doing the manicure she made sure I was ok and that she wasn’t hurting my fingers anymore than they already were. The “boss” should be thankful that Annie is such a wonderful technician and a kind human being, if it wasn’t for her, I would never return to this salon after this experience. I can say one thing for sure, I will NEVER get acrylics done here and the “boss” will NEVER touch my nails again!
I would give zero stars if I could. The staff rushes, my nails look like they were painted by a 5 year old, takes forever because they go back/forth between clients, and they use cheap products. Will never go back again.
Such a friendly, clean, and nice space to get your nails done! The pedicure is $45 and they have 3 different kinds of packages to choose from!
I wanted to give less stars because of the recent experience I had, but I want to start with saying I’ve enjoyed their jelly pedicures before. However I took my mom here for her birthday last week and the tech I had must’ve been in the worst mood of her life. I had finished before My mom and was sitting next to her. My mom loved that they gave massages when your nails are drying and I said that if you get regular polish on your toes you sit over by the floor fan and they give you a massage too. I’m not sure if the woman who did my toes misheard what I said and thought I was talking about bad about her? Anyway she comes over to me and says “get up come over here” I was so confused and she brought me over to the drying station and said sit down I’ll give you a massage. I said that’s not what I meant by what I was saying to my mom. She then proceeds to GRAB MY ARM forcefully to pull me down to the seat. It was beyond uncomfortable. I went to pay after that and she was mumbling under her breath. I was so shocked by the unnecessary rudeness. To top it off the gel polish peeled off the next day on my big toes. I got my toes done for a show I’m going to be in and now they look terrible. I don’t want to go back because I’m scared of getting that woman again.
This salon has made me feel like family I highly suggest. Walk-ins are tough, so it's best to call for an appointment. The owner knows me the second I speak on the phone, and is ALWAYS so sweet. I moved over 30 mins away a year ago, but I continue to keep my loyalty to this shop.
Don’t bother! I lost 4 nails within 5 days of getting a full set. Paid $60 plus a $15 tip. Wish I could get a refund. I’m truly in shock because I’ve never experienced this before. Wow
I've gotten pedicures, gel, and acrylics here and all have held up well. Jennifer is my girl! She does designs well and is very nice and kind. My current set of acrylics is now 3 weeks old, all still on and going strong. I love Enjoy!
