ENT Doctor: Heritage First Ear Nose Throat, Mechanicsburg PA

Horrible customer service! Called today and spoke with a receptionist requesting an appointment due to an ear infection (diagnosed at Holy Spirit Hospital several days ago). She said they don’t take self pay patients! How do you not take self pay patients if I’m going to pay in full on the day of my visit? ! Then she said I need a referral. From who? I am self pay and don’t have a family doctor. All I got is paperwork from the Hospital which apparently is not enough for them. Then she said even if they get a referral I won’t see a doctor till early May. You can’t hire such unprofessional people to answer phone calls at your medical office! Shame on you

Very bad experience. I had an appointment for 10: 15 AM and I was not taken in the doctor's room till 11: 00 AM. I kept on waiting till 11: 30 AM and the doctor did not show up. I checked with the reception and asked that if a patient is late to the appointment will the doctor entertain without asking to reschedule and charging a no show fee. At this one of the doctor asked the receptionist to let me go somewhere else. Anyway as my first experience was so bad, I did not want to have to go through similar situation in follow up visits and so decided to take my business somewhere else. Not worthy of a single star rating.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish, Dr. Abram did not rush
through the appointment.

If I could give the place zero stars If I could, took my granddaughter there for her tonsils, Ignorant doctor wasn’t even consurned said for us to get a water pick, never even got any paperwork when we left, highly recommend another ENT. This guys rude and ignorant.

The staff were very kind and pleasant, and Dr. Abrams was very attentive and helpful during my visit. Highly recommend.
