This particular healthcare provider shows little concern for acquiring new clients. Despite having made an appointment three months in advance, I found myself in a situation where my employer required me to attend a mandatory meeting, which would have caused me to arrive late for the appointment. I promptly contacted the doctor's office to inform them of the situation, only to be informed that if I arrived more than 15 minutes late, the doctor would refuse to see me. As it turned out, I would have been 20 minutes late. I immediately called to inform them of the delay, but to my dismay, I was still charged for being a "no show. " If I were to treat potential customers in a similar manner, I doubt I would have a successful business. Such a policy is confrontational and fails to serve individuals in need. And to add insult to injury, I asked them to contact me to reschedule, but all I received was an invoice.

ENT Head and neck is awesome. I actually had gone there 23 years ago and my deviated septum on my right nostril repaired and it was great. Dr Lutz had done that surgery but unfortunately he is retired. I saw Dr Cronin this time for horrible post nasal drip where I'd have so much in my stomach I'd vomit. I also have a digestive issue so while I'm vomiting undigested food would come up! Yuck, right! I had seen a different ENT years prior to seeing Dr Cronin and never had an answer. Finally Dr Cronin said I may very well have have CHRONIC NASAL DISEASE. Wow! I am getting a CT so he can see for sure. After years of suffering, antibiotics after antibiotics I feel so much better that I may finally be able to have this repaired. You have no idea what's it's like to have constant post nasal drip until you go through it. I thank Dr Cronin so much.

Very professional place doctors and Physicians assistants do an excellent job. Been going there for years would highly recommend.

Couldn’t make appointment because of eye issue detatched retina emergency eye surgery. Can’t see out of right eye. At hearing appt doctor says if I can’t hear tv I can read what’s going on on tv screen. No follow up appointment! They don’t schedule appointments and your hearing aids go out of warranty

Rebecca is by far the best audiologist. She is very friendly and knows her job well. Dr Jeffrey Driben is one of the best doctors I know. The practice as a whole is probably the greatest in Pennsylvania I've been coming here for over 20 years and I highly recommend this place

Omg! I had to cancel my appointment 3 times in a COVID era and coughing danger! After that, a receptionist Sarah rudely refused to accept me as a patient. Sarah was very rude from a very beginning of our phone conversation, tried to mock me for my cutest accent!
She supposedly asked Dr. Bonsall, and he refused to re-schedule my appointment! What a nonsense! They should educate receptionist to be courteous, polite, and friendly! Sarah would not connect me with the office manager Michelle either! Rude! Stay away from this independent practice. Reading hospital would never treat patients rudely and inappropriately

I was sent here for an examination of a swallow study done at the hospital. The office staff checking in that morning was fine. Dr. Driben couldn't see a reason for food just stopping in my throat when I swallowed since my neck surgery. I can still breathe, I can cough it back up, I have no pain or any sensation, but was told that I was sensitive. I didn't know no sensation equals sensitive. I was seen for about five to ten minutes after waiting about half an hour to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. He checked my nose and throat. We decided on another swallow study since the first one didn't show anything. When leaving, I was told checking out that the hospital would call me later to set up an appointment. Five days later, the ENT office called telling me when my appointment was scheduled for? I couldn't make it and I decided I wasn't going to pay an insurance bill for the x-ray, so I canceled without rescheduling. If I choke, I choke. So far, so good. I was just going to deal with it. Now I get a bill, aside from my original co-pay, because they charged $230 for looking down my throat in the office. I wish I would have known that one so I could have denied it. Their response when I called was that they have signs hanging throughout the offices telling patients they charge everything separately. Unless it's an itemization, and even then, they should still tell a patient when they are about to charge them for a high cost "procedure, " such as looking down their throat. I've previously been told to "wait while we check your insurance, " for that type of thing by other doctors. This is just one experience, but I don't recommend it.

Excellent experience as a 1st time patient. Had a hearing test & they explained the results, options & recommendations. All seamless. Would highly recommend.

Usually they get me in right away. Today we had to leave, because they had us waiting for 40 min. There is no reason to keep us waiting that long.

Back in June I had swollen tonsils and didn’t really notice it and it caused me to choke on a Pringle after that all I ate for 6 months was mashed potatoes cream of wheat and applesauce because it they were so swollen. Nobody would take them out fast forward 6 months and I finally go to my appointment here after months of thinking it was a GI problem and they told me right away what the problem was and got my tonsils out two weeks later. Fast forward almost four weeks and I’m finally incorporating normal food into my diet. I am so much happier now and I am BEYOND thankful for every single person involved both here and at Spring Ridge (where I got the surgery) A MAJOR THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the receptionist to the security guards to the surgeons. You really changed someone’s life

The administrative staff were excellent as well!

Dr Cronin has been fantastic the entire time, through all my difficulties with the first surgery that didn't work out and trying everything to make it so, then the second surgery which is working. He is professional and yet easy to talk with, understanding of my concerns and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr Bonsall was super helpful with getting my mother-in-law new hearing aids. Very friendly, highly recommended

I had my first appointment with Dr. Vasconcellos last week. I had a great experience with him and his medical assistant, Shannon! They were both very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this practice!

Nurse practitioner said I didn't have any condition wrong related to my tongue, but I was already diagnosed with oral thrush at my family doctor twice. It's very obvious the condition is there because it wouldn't just appear if the condition didn't exist. My family doctor referred me to this practice because my condition needed further expertise to treat. The nurse practitioner said that it is normal to have a white coating on the tongue, and that nothing is wrong. Doesn't make any sense if white just started appearing on my tongue and is irritating.

The nurse practitioner even asked me if I was happy with the results of her diagnosis. I told her that I don't agree and it doesn't make sense. This office is a waste of time. I could have treated myself better, than seeking "expertise" from this nurse practitioner at this office.

Dr. Adam Vasconcellos, was very thorough & knowledgeable. Patient, kind and efficient.

Wait no longer than 10 minutes. Office staff very nice and welcoming.
