I hate buying new vehicles and really despise car salesmen. However, Jasmine and her team has changed my perspective on buying a new vehicle. Customer service and professionalism far above all. Awesome!

I had my first experience with Enterprise last week and it couldn't have went any better. I called before coming in and spoke with Obi, regarding a truck that I was interested in. He scheduled a time later that day for me to come in, and had everything lined up and waiting for me when I arrived. I ended up trading in a vehicle, purchasing a 2019 Ram Rebel, and couldn't be happier. The whole process was handled very professionally and fair. It was the quickest and easiest car buying experience, and I would highly recommend Enterprise!

Alex and Kelly are two excellent sales staff at Enterprise Essington. And manager Dominic is great with following up and addressing any additional concerns. They all are friendly and professional from the time you arrive at the lot. They answer all questions and know the inventory well. The entire staff there is wonderful. They make buying a car less stressful.

What happened to this Enterprise dealership? It certainly wasn't the same experience we had 5 years ago when we purchased a car from them!
This time the manager was shady, rude, unpolite, had absolutely 0 custumer service manners and should not be in charge f this place. After his negativity, rudeness and lack of willingness to help you, I took my bags and left. I will never do business with people that talk to you as if you were 5 years old or stupid.
Little that he knows I have a Ph. D.

I simply came Enterprise Car Sales to look around for ideals for a future purchase within a week. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service provided to me and daughter by Manny Ovwigho. My Sale Consultant was patient, attentive to my driving needs, price range and the best fit for me. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed. At the end of the day, I drove out the lot with my new car. The Essington location is the best for me. I'm telling everyone I know. 10 Stars 100%

On March 26th I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Enterprise Car Sales. From the moment I arrived until I left, the service was impeccable. My questions were answered respectfully and I never felt rushed.

Excellent professional service - the entire process of selling my car, buying the new one, financing and changing insurance took 90 min. Dominic (The local manager) did an outstanding job. They even filled up the gas. Great team! Would come back any time.
