Enterprise Rent-A-Car, DuBois PA

I have worked with Enterprise for a number of years and had always had issues until the current manager took over! He is wonderful. Both Dominic & Chanice provide excellent customer service everyday!

Amazing people work here! They worked with me the entire time I rented from them and explained everything I asked of them! Definitely my go-to spot to rent a vehicle!

The service was good but I get told I was getting so much back and got less that what they said then they told me that he would talk to his boss and work something out because I had surgery and couldn't drive the vehicle and never got a call back or anything

I got a nice loaded up SUV and the pick up and drop off was seamless. I'm very happy w my experience.

I rented a vehicle for a trip to Texas from Pennsylvania. Due to current events, I was not comfortable driving back to Pennsylvania and decided to fly. Enterprise was very helpful and made the transition to a one way rental very easy. They even waived the one way rental fee. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you!

Great cars. No issue there. However, I had a reservation for 4pm. Got an email at 4pm saying the car was ready. Still had to wait for them to check the oil and clean it. 5pm by the time I left with the car.

They were extremely kind and helpful. I had never had to rent a vehicle before but it was a GREAT experience.

Small place, this isn't your airport Enterprise, but the cars are clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly.

I rented 2 different vehicles from Enterprise this week and was involved with 4 different locations. Their vehicles and their service was simply outstanding. Well done!

Nice staff, but false or very misleading advertising on national National ads on TV. Sure, pick any car on the lot, but when we rented cars there there were ZERO choices except another of the exact same model. And what goes with a car rental agency where they are closed one day a week? Doesn't anyone ever need a car on Sunday, or need to return one and speak with someone, not just drop and go?

I have rented through Dubois Pa Enterprise for many yrs now. They are always friendly and always answer my question. The vechiles are always clean and ready to go when I get there.

I am on the road 362 days a year and changing cars frequently. The Dubois Staff have always been friendly, fast and accommodating. They greet me by name and have never shown any signs of a bad day even when they are extremely busy.

The choice of vehicles is outstanding. I've been able to find exactly what I need for the task at hand from small to large vehicles.

Update: I wanted to jump on and update my experience. Enterprise did refund the money & took care of any expenses. Communication could have been better but at the end of the day things worked out. Thank you.

I have had the absolute worst experience with the DuBois location. 1. They gave me a vehicle that wasn't big enough for my family.
2. I had to run back to town to pick up another vehicle that wasn't ready when they said it would be. 3. Finally when the vehicle was finished it was not at the location of enterprise, it was a a dealership having maintenance done. The girl had to drive us there. She went in to get the keys for the Nissan Pathfinder. I was getting my baby out of the 1st vehicle, put her in & she gave me the keys and I left.
(She did not do a walk around with me)
The vehicle was still super small for my family of 6! Called a few different times to try to get something bigger but the manager wasn't very friendly nor did he care to help!
THEN I returned the vehicle after hours on the 10th day.
They contacted me via email 4 days later saying there was 2 perfectly symmetrical dents on both sides of the logo in the back.
Did not call me first, did not try to reach out.
Just sent the email at 1: 43 AM.
It was the 4th of July, I had to wait until Monday to speak to anyone.
They had to vehicle fixed before even showing me this so called damage.
And now they say I owe them money.
OH and just this morning charged my card on file for the amount, without my permission!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!
I have had nothing but problems.
My family lost our vehicle in an accident, and these people have been nothing be unprofessional!

Didn't get the car I had requested weeks in advance. When I had trouble with the car I wasted a day running around getting a different car. It was an SUV with poor gas mileage

Very friendly and helpful staff. They honored a promise to contact me as soon as a vehicle became available as this location had more vehicles out and uncertain when one could be expected. They contacted me just a few minutes before they closed with a vehicle availability and were still willing to pick me up.

I have been renting from Enterprise for a long time. I never had any problems until recently. I had my daughters graduation i needed to get to.when they were to pick me up they called & said they didn't have any vehicles & they would come get me in a hour.well by the ended of the day & several calls to them they suddenly tell me that they don't except any firms of cash.if I'm paying by debit card then I need to have a utility bill. I've paid with both ways with no problem but now there is.needless to say I couldn't get to my daughters graduation.mot my fault but she still blames me.now all of a sudden on the last few weeks supposedly there are no cars in the area at all that can be rented from enterprise.well I for one will not be rented from them again if I can help it.pretty convient that all of a sudden they come up with a excuse for me not to be able to get a car.

Our recent car rental could not of been better. The vehicle was excellent and the staff of Enterprise was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. They explained all aspects of the rental contract and were very pleasant to work with. I would use Enterprise again in a heartbeat. Job well done!

Very good. They brought the vehicle to my place of employment, ahead of time. And check in was quick and accurate.

It was very busy, but the employees worked well & quickly with everyone. They made the process simple. I would recommend them. BE AWARE THEY NO LONGER DELIVER CARS TO YOU.
