Have rented several times from Athens PA location and have always been happy. Good people, quick and easy with nice clean vehicles.

Very rapid processing with a new handheld computer, allowed all this to be done outside, reducing risk of viral transmission. The car was great too!

Hello, I rented a car for starting my journey from Sayre, Pennsylvania to Newyork city round trip for a distance of 428 miles. But on my way to nyc my tire blasted, luckily I was safe with out any accident. I did call enterprise customer care for help and waited for their response for almost one hour. But unfortunately I was waited in their call list and no one has responded by then. I did wait from 8pm to 9pm for some help on middle of the highway in the Pocino's mountains's region 120miles from sayre, Pennsylvania towards nyc. So I did call 911 emergency as my last resort and did get the help of replacing the tyre with stepney for which they charged 77$. But I could not continue my journey to nyc on the stepney tire, so did I return back to Sayre (Pennsylvania). Immediately I did place the car in enterprise office (sayre, athens, PA) and dropped my keys in the dropoff box. As my purpose did not serve I did expect atleast to get my money refunded (The sum of 100$ for the rent and 20$ for the CDW insurance). But I did not get any money except for my security deposit i.e sum of 200$ along with 77$ (for the 911 call - stepney change charge). Even though I have been a customer of enterprise since last several years, I did not get any refund for the unserved purpose of renting a car. Hope this experience wouldn't be met by any other customer of ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR SERVICE.

The staff at the Athens, PA Enterprise office are very courteous and efficient. We have used their service several times now but was most impressed recently during the COVID pandemic when we rented a car. We were so pleased to see that they followed CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and wearing masks. This showed to us they care about their customers, their community and their country! Would recommend this Enterprise business to everyone!

WIll never rent there again made a reservation went to pick up like many time before using a debit card and claimed they couldn’t rent it with that. Then claimed because it was out of state id that couldn’t be excepted earthier less than 6 months ago we rented with the same id and card with absolutely no issues. Horrible service wish I could give a even lower rating

Never cleaned from previous renter. Never open any other door than driver's. Car was full of garbage. Sticky stuff all over windows and doors. Strongly suggest inspecting car thoroughly before signing papers. NEVER received apology.

These guys are great and if you dont mind the drive to get there the cars are ALWAYS cheaper than other locations.

Athens is horrible to deal with. DO NOT GO THERE. I have rented at other enterprise and had great experience, but both times in Athens has been HORRIBLE. Jason is the worst person to deal with and is not a customer service person

After my Ram was damaged by unlicensed, uninsured bonehead Enterprise had me in another Ram similar to mine the next day while mine was being repaired.
Great people, super fast service.
