Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hermitage PA

I'm going back to what i learned as a child growing up cause i have nothing nice to say so nothing at all

I have dealt with Nate at the Hermitage PA Enterprise location many times now and he is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure I get a vehicle that meets or exceeds my needs. I highly recommend dealing with them and will definitely be returning in the future.

They told me they’ll give me a full size suv like a Chevy Tahoe, I ended with a mid sized foreign job.

If you need a rental do not go to enterprise! For example the vw jetta they charge you 541 a week for avis charges you 397!

Easy rental experience. Car was a new model, clean, sanitize d, and ready an hour early. Turn in was a breeze as well. Staff was curtious, and helpful. I recommend them for rentals of new/er cars.

The one in Hermitage pa is great there always so friendly an let you pick what vehicle you want if they don't have what you ordered even if it's a upgrade from what you choose at no charge

Always have something for me at last minute which is nice and employees stay over if they know I’m coming to pick up after 6. No fault to employees, but deposits are higher than industry standards. Recently laid out almost almost $800 deposit for a mini van which I only had for 24 hrs? Still waiting on refund of that deposit which I’m sure won’t get kicked back to my account unless I call someone. They kinda funny that one too?

Garbage was still in the van we picked up. All we got was "sorry about that". Emailed enterprise about it and still haven't heard anything back.

The entire staff at the Hermitage, PA location is excellent. They always take care of me and it is a pleasure dealing with them. Great service and customer care keeps me coming back. Thank you!

The manager was friendly, professional and explained the features of the car. We need to extend the time we rented and he made it very easy to do so. We also were given a nearly new car which was easy to load and drive

It was good other than they need to make sure the windows are cleaned even though they look clean they should still wipe them. Especially the windshield. They had a terrible haze on the insides probably from someone vaping in it.

The staff was very friendly. But sadly they failed to inform me no one would be working New Year’s Day when I was supposed to drop off the car, and so I put the keys in their key drop and have no idea what to do now. The deposit is still missing from my bank account and has not bin returned. And I can’t get ahold of anyone to figure it out.

It was a very easy experience. We picked up the Car at Enterprise in Hermitage PA, and returned it to the Enterprise in Boca Raton, and the cost was comparable to what a flight would cost. The Android Auto Play also allowed us to use Waze for turn by turn guidance, which made the trip even easier. Picking up and returning the car was very fast and easy.

Quick process, in and out to pick up and drop off. I had to extend my rental time, called in and was taken care of in just a few moments. Only downfall really was the car smelled like marijuana so I threw in my own air freshner to try to help.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation because I didn't show at precisely 830, as I took it as that would be the earliest I could pick up my rental, not as the only time I could pick up! Then once I begged for anything else they notified me a different size vehicle could be available, then refused to accept an ssdi credit/debit card because it would read as a gift card! I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone to do the same. Lumpp rent a car saved the day for me. I should have called them instead of enterprise!

Well had reserved at budget week in advance got confirmation pk up time got there no car no apologies Lady with bad attitude not willing to try correct situation they also had already charged credit card also. Called enterprise had car 20 minutes.and it was nicer and cheaper will nvr ever do buisness with budget again nor recommended them also have to wait for refund which i will be filing a complaint about. ENTERPRISE WILL GET ALL BUISNESS FROM HERE ON OUT!
