Rented a full size Suv for (2) days but I was billed for 3days because i was told later they are not opened on Sunday even though I confirmed it with Mike I will be dropping it off and he said No problem. Called and try to talk to Stewart manager and all he does is OVER TALK you instead of listening and find a solution for the Customer had to hang up on Him because he won't Shut Up

Horrible Service! I called 2 hours ahead of time before my reservation made by KIA to confirm before driving two hours. When I arrived the two women I spoke to on the phone (Melissa Mullen, & Jocelynn Dunn) are as clueless as a cat! Couldn’t find my reservation, told me I wasted my time driving 2 hours only to find out I could have kept the rental I was in after I paid a $100 fee to be able to drop the rental car at the specific enterprise they insisted I drive to. How embarrassing, please hire employees who strive to satisfy their customers and exceed expectations as well as being punctual and polite, which I did not feel from the time I walked in! Do not recommend! I was racially profiled as soon as I walked into their company.

I had a reservation for a car to begin with. They didnt have one in the size i reserved. Then they tried to give me a smaller one than what i wanted. Then had to wait another 30 mins for them to get a vehicle ready. Went to return the vehicle and they were gone before they said they were closing. Tried to charge me two extra days for them leaving early, tried to call after i got the finalized bill a week later 20 mins before they closed and no answer. Had to call the corporate number just to get some. Answers. Very poor costomer service and the vehicle they gave had problems with the transmission. Worst experience ever renting a vehicle.

I've always had good experiences here, staff is very helpful. Gotta schedule online makes things so much faster and smoother

They have a deceptive way of filling their cars up with gas on the customer's dime. Tell you the car is 7/8ths full when it is less than 3/4's then when you bring it back as close as you can, they fill the car and charge you the penalized amount per gallon. Pure greed.

It was easy to obtain a vehicle on short notice due to vehicle repairs. Nigel told me I would get a comparable vehicle to my Mazda CX5, mid size SUV. He showed up with a VW Tiguan which is HUGE! It seats 7 people. I drove home with my toe as I could not reach the gas pedal and I could not see over the hood. He gave me an unwanted upgrade. I drove to Enterprise the same evening to exchange this vehicle for a mid size SUV. I was given the choice of a Kia Soul or Nissan Kicks which are small SUVs but he insisted they were in the same class. Not. I chose the Kicks. When I arrived at Enterprise they had just given a mid size Buick SUV to another customer. If my request would have been honored and not upgrade, I would have had the Buick. My suggestion is that Enterprise staff as whether or not a customer wants an upgrade and, if so, what is the upgrade. The rental and return process was seamless. Nigel was very patient and helpful. I would definitely return to this Enterprise.

No longer renting at this location. I have an issue with the females in this office every time I rent. This is the ONLY office that gives me a hard time. Ill take my business elsewhere

Had to have front tire replaced because of a constant slow leak. Windows were not very clean at time of reservation.

Had an reservation for a rental due to a car accident. Brandon dropped of the car at the collision center for me, went over the paperwork very thoroughly. The car was clean and in great condition. No problems

Had a reservation due to a car accident. Received an email stating that my car was available at a specific location. I had to take an Uber to that location. When I arrived at that location was told that my reservation was for another location, and not the one that the email specified. The rep at the counter was not very helpful at all. I had to take another Uber to this location and was told there were no vehicles available. What the hell Enterprise! Don't send emails to customers saying the reservation has been made and then you don't even bother to call your customer to say there are nor cars available. Learn customer service! It was only after I complained that they managed to find me a vehicle. I think I would have been left out to dry if I had not been complaining.

Made a mistake renting from Hertz. They didnt have my car so I called Enterprise and needed a 7 person car. Spoke with Brandon and within an hour we left with our rental. Totally hooked us up!

Beware! Scandalous, discriminative, mischievous sales representatives! I had dealings with an individual by the name of FRANK, my worst experience with enterprise to date! I have been a loyal customer and corporate account holder for almost 5 years. Completely disappointed! Still haven’t received my final receipt being that i was charged additional fees. I believe that would be an appropriate thing to do!

Rental car wasn't that clean or deodorized. A little extra care leaves a lasting memory of renting another vehicle from a rental company or not.

Adhered to all the CDC protocol. Disappointed that some of the functions of the car we rented were not operating 100%. However it didn't effect our driving.

This rental was needed due to an accident I was involved in. The staff and service were great, however, the car was clearly not sanitized and had been smoked in.

I expected much more especially during COVID to endure the interior was clean and sanitary. They made a point of telling me no smoking was permitted (I don't smoke) yet you could clearly tell someone already had.
