Fast, efficient, and friendly service from start to finish, including pickup service at arrival to drop off at departure. Our vehicle was just what we ordered and more. Will definitely continue to rent with Enterprise.

Landed at 2am. Santana at the desk said they didnt have any cars in, however she did everything she could to take care of us. I am so happy I chose enterprise!
Raven, the manager I spoke with, also made changing my rental into another car the met the needs of my trip a breeze! This could have been a real ugly time for me in philly. The staff at enterprise really came through!

As we were leaving, the lady at the booth, Arriane, made us aware of an issue with the vehicle we rented. We can’t thank her enough! She is definitely an asset to your team!

I used this location on a trip to the Philadelphia area this week. Made the reservation online prior. The line was long upon arrival but moved quickly. Great selection of vehicles. Customer service was outstanding and the employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from was a breeze. Returning the car was a quick and easy process. The signs are clearly marked and easy to follow. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to using them on return trips to see my family.

This location scammed me and after multiple attempts to rectify it, I keep getting the runaround from the company and my concerns just get routed back to this location with no response from them. I have the email receipts to back up this claim.

I got the original estimate for my rental which was fine. No surprises there. When I got off the plane with my wife and 3 young kids, we were exhausted and just wanted to get to where we were going. The person at the counter said something like "oh, there was a mistake and I need to charge you an extra $100". I was annoyed, but I said "fine" because the kids were crying and ready to get out of there.

After returning the car I see an extra $900 fee on my card. I looked and the person at this place added a per-mile fee that they did not tell me about. She put in an estimate for the per-mile fee of $100 which is were that came from, but it ended up being way more than that since this was a long trip. If I had known I would have cancelled. Enterprise refuses to make this right and this location is silent on the matter. I tried going through my credit card company but Enterprise fought me there too and got my claim rejected.

I travel frequently and I've used Enterprise exclusively for years, but never again.

Philadephia airport car rental, staff was amazing and friendly, gave us an upgrade at n/c.
I am updating my review to make note that I prepaid for the Toll Pass but have received toll charges on my CC three times since I turned the car in.
Now I have to make multiple calls to get this credited back to me.
Not good!

This place is terrible I rented a convertible and they gave it to another customer then they lie to me said if you're paying with a debit card we cannot have the car that was promised to me a convertible it is an Arab manager she is the worst she should be fired she ruined my trip where is the brotherly Love of Philadelphia discrimination is what it is because I was Armenian

I will not rent a car from anyone but enterprise! Customer service is always on point! Owen Null at the elkton Maryland enterprise was fantastic!

The process to get a car at Philly was sort of inefficient but the staff were nice. My car had 9000 miles, was scratched severely, smelled like cigarette and did not have a full tank of gas. I know the cigarette stench is not fully their fault but I wish they would fine people or something so it would be possible to get a rental car that doesn't stink.

Drop-off was better. The guy was very nice.

If I never drive that brand of car again, I would be happy. Mitsubishi Mirage. Felt like I should be in a Fast & Furious movie. It was so loud.

Easy experience renting a 15 passenger van.expensive but comparable to other companies. Car was older but worked for what we needed it for.

Arrived at Enterprise in Philadelphia Airport after flight. Got on bus to Enterprise location at airport and was taken care of immediately. Enterprise gave us an option to upgrade for $10 and drove around in a ver nice SUV. SUV was clean and ready to go.

I have been renting from Enterprise for at least 8 years. I was recently traveling through Philly and needed a car from the airport due to all flights home being cancelled for the next 48-72 hours.

Since my previous license had just expired the week prior, I was traveling with a temporary driver's license along with my outdated one. (I also had my passport and SS card for verification as well.) When I arrived at Enterprise, I was immediately declined service due to my temporary license with the excuse that "anybody could have printed this paper". I had my original receipt from the DMV, my original license, and multiple forms of photo ID and credit cards to confirm my identity. Plus, I've rented from them for many years!

Nonetheless, I was quickly sent on my way in the dark with suitcase in tow. The staff suggested I take a train home (not an option for where I live) or try Hertz or Avis. Hertz was the closest option, yet no one - NOT ONE of the multiple staff sitting at the desk with NO other customers in the building at 9pm - could tell me how to get to there even though it was literally behind their building (again, in the dark at night with a large suitcase).

It was an extremely stressful situation and I found the entire team to be very unhelpful despite my obvious distress.

When I finally figured out how to get over to Hertz after 30 minutes of walking in circles, the manager there reviewed my documents and approved my rental! Enterprise had also made the claim that they "didn't have access to DMV information" to verify my license, but neither did Hertz, and they still rented to me!

I will never again rent from Enterprise as they left a solo female traveler stranded in the dark and couldn't do much as point me in the right direction for alternative options. Their lack of customer service and simple EFFORT has ruined my experience with the brand entirely and I will never, ever recommend them to anyone again.

Thank you HERTZ for placing me in a car and getting me home safely.

Seriously messed up customer service and policies. Their branch is awful and will not return phone calls or emails about customer complaints. Our kids slept on the floor for 3 hours (from midnight to 3 a.m.) because we got there at midnight and they wouldn't accept our temporary (legal and current) licenses issued by the state of our permeant residence. We are a military family, living in another state from where our licenses are issued and had to update our licenses between moving from an international assignment and our current base in another state. They were rude and unhelpful on every level. The Dover Delaware office was even shocked and irritated with how the PHL Airport branch treated us and dealt with our rental. I have made 5 attempts to talk to upper management since this issue (via email and phone calls), and they will not even acknowledge my complaint.

Save yourself some dignity and self-respect and run! Run far far away.or at least to another car rental business at the airport. And Alamo and National are all the same rental company. The same people run all of those desks at the PHL airport.

Enterprise ripped me off by charging me for two days when I had the car for less than 24 hours. I have called six times over the last several days. Every time the customer service rep has said I am correct and has submitted a request for a refund. I am never allowed to talk to the person who would issue the refund. I have since received two emails from Enterprise. The first confirmed that they charged my credit card for two days. The second asked me to post a review on Google. Okay, Enterprise, I'm doing what you asked of me. Now honor the contract I signed when I picked up the car and refund me the extra money you inappropriately charged me. If someone from Enterprise is reading this, the confirmation number is 4N5WVZ.
