Rental while my car was in the shop. Arranged by insurance. Picked up and dropped off at shop. Nice car. Nice people. Good experience. Would recommend.

“Heavy nicotine smell and Unclean car” - see images with Cigarette ashes!

I took long term car rental (14 days) - I requested for car swap on the same day due to Cigarette smell but employee asked me to come to store next day 10 AM as they do not have any other minivan for swap and when I show up to the rental office on the next day they decline to do a car swap saying the same reason also employee was not ready to hear any my concerns simply says they cannot help anything on this and told she will contact when they have a car available for swap but never heard from them.

I have 4-months and 3 years old kids who were forced into the same car with nicotine smell for all 14 days.

Excellent Car & Staff. I had a very important business trip and the vehicle they provided was perfect for my trip. The process was exemplary and I wish the hotel I stayed was as good. Companies need to learn from Enterprise. Well done guys.

Incompetent and arrogant crew - including the manager Sean O'Kane and his district manager Brandon Rogers - do not rent from this location. I rented a car from this place - the car was not in good shape with torn carpets and the windshield was so dirty, it was impossible to see. I left some items when I returned the car. No one called me to let me know that they found some items, and it took me almost a month to get them back. I gave them 2 stars only because they had a car in stock.

Rented a car two times consecutively, first from Justin, second time he was backed up by Brendan and Brianna and had a great experience both times. They are a stellar team, chill, professional, and helpful. Drove past other car rentals to get to them and will absolutely do it again in the future.

I usually enjoy renting cars from thus enterprise. I am usually greeted pleasantly and always with courtesy. I rent with them just about every week. Today a red headed woman behind thr counter (I did not get her name) had a major attitude I'm not quite sure why, she has given me attitude before and I ignored it, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the rest of the staff is great!

Shawn was great! Car was great! Check in was easy and quick; definitely recommend and will use this location again for any future rental car needs!

Enterprise - The Exton, Pa branch is the absolute best! They are always extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I recently had to start renting cars for work and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Their customer service keeps me coming back! Quick, easy and reliable!

Although it is a busy time to rent a vehicle, the team at Enterprise in Exton went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle, had it on time, and was understanding when I even returned it a bit late! The vehicle was in perfect condition and I was instructed on how to drive it w/the bells and whistles and I appreciate all they did! I will definitely use Enterprise over and over! Enterprise is most unreliable car rental service! We booked a car a day in advance and even called customer care to confirm the availability but when we went to the location for pickup there was no car available.
Staff was polite but couldn't really help us out.

Unclean cars in questionable mechanical condition. Stay away. See images of food scraps under the driver’s seat when the car was delivered to me. Not to mention phonographic cards in the cup holder! GEICO should be ashamed to partner with them.

The team really helped me. I needed a car at the last minute and Sean and the team delivered for me. Great service. Great car. Easy experience.

The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They even drove me home after I dropped off the rental car.

Joe and Kyle were fantastic. I needed a car fast and at a reasonable price. Joe worked with me and Kyle help finish the deal. Could not have been more pleased. This is what customer service is all about, just when I thought that type of service was a lost art. Great Job Guys.
