Great customer service, met at the door on arrival to pick up and return. Fresh car wash at pick up. Very courteous.

The staff was super helpful-even picked me up at my house to get the car!
I wasn't thrilled with the car itself-not my vibe-but I am pretty sure they would have changed it if I said something. I just needed wheels, so nbd.

Didnt have the car i rented a week ahead of time. Upgraded me, but charging me the upgrade price. Got in the truck and it had 1/8 of a tank.

Really like all the enterprise we deal with except Roosevelt Ave. They make renting cars almost impossible and miserable, on a better note, the 1 location in carlisle, formerly on hartzdale dr is a complete pleasure to deal with. Would 100 percent recommend this location.

Their cars are beat to hell and are gross. Don’t hold your breath if you need a van or SUV because chances they won’t have it or will try and upsell you into something else. Trust me when I tell you this…rent from Hertz. To deal with Enterprise is a nightmare as their employee turnover rate is over 50%. To much drama to rent a car for me.

First of all, I would like to thank Enterprise in Camp Hill for their incompetence and lack of concern for a customer; it ended up saving us between $2,000 and $3,000 in rental fees. In late August, I had reserved a full size sedan that my wife and I wanted to use in late September for a short trip to the Poconos and for all of October because my wife’s SUV had to go in the body shop. We were planning to pick up the rental sedan on September 23rd and return in on November 1st. I had even called Enterprise the day before our planned pick up date to ensure all was good with the rental and I was told it was. When we arrived on September 23rd around noon (the planned time of pick up), we were told there were no sedans available like we had reserved. They offered us a smaller car (a Mitsubishi Sedan) -I read with interest Sara’s review where they told her they don’t have that type of car at their location. Well, they had one that day and they offered it to us. They told us we could come back the following day and they might have the type of car we had hoped to reserve. The problem was we could not go back the following day because of leaving for our trip and other commitments. On top of not having the car we reserved, the two young men who were working that day seemed to care less that we were there. They barely looked up from their computer screens to acknowledge our presence. At this point my wife and I were pretty disgusted and told them to forget it. We decided to take our second older car on the trip and to make due with that car for the time my wife’s newer SUV was in the body shop. As it turns out that was one of the best decisions we have made recently. The trip went fine and the body shop we used finished my wife’s car about two weeks ahead of our expectation. That is the kind of customer service that Enterprise should strive for. We saved a bunch of money not having to rent a car and the incompetence of the staff in Camp Hill cost Enterprise a bunch of rental revenue.

Make sure you double check if the interior of the car is clean. Mine was vacuumed but the headline has a coffee explosion all over it.

Very incompetent manager! Car I booked was not available, settled for another one, which should have been available in 1 hour - wasn't available ether. You feel not welcome at this place.

No cars available.they gave me a number to call and get a car from another location. The Wan reserved me a car and when I got there no car available?

I just had the WORST Enterprise experience ever. We went on a trip for 6 days that was over 1100 miles. We noticed the car was not very clean but we were on a schedule and figured we could live with that. When we got in the car we thought we smelled cigarette smoke. It wasn't until we were well on our way and had the AC on that it was very obvious that car had been heavily smoked in. It was 90 degrees when we left and we were headed south. I had a headache from it about an hour out. The windows were so filthy my husband stopped and washed them. I used a Clorox wipe to try to clear the inside windshield a little. It's a safety issue when you can't see especially at night. I've used Enterprise, and only Enterprise for the last 18 years. I used to travel for business and have since retired from those jobs and now have an individual account - maybe that's the difference?

I booked an economy car, the cheapest they had was a Mitsubishi Mirage, with this Enterprise location. When I came in to pick up my car, they told me the economy car I booked was unavailable, and not only that, they also said it doesn’t even exist at their lot. Why list online that you have cars available if it is not true? They answered me with, “Yeah, sorry about that, that’s just the way the system is set up. There’s nothing we can do to change it. ” I had paid for the booking with my debit card. After telling me they can upgrade me to a different car at a charge of $10 more, which I agreed to, they said I cannot pay with my debit card, only with a credit card, which I do not have. I ended up leaving with no car and a $3.12 charge to my debit card account.

I had an abhorrent experience. It was detestable and inappropriate. I lost money too. This is just another example of how horrible car rental companies can be.

Great experience. Everybody was super nice. The reason I'm giving a 1 star is because we were nicely asked to bring the brand new Mazda SUV back to this location and they said they can give us a ride to Paxton Enterprise. (They didn't want the other location to get the brand new SUV)
There were no smaller vehicles to rent so we had to make 2 separate reservations at 2 different locations.
Long story short- They told us they have no drivers to take us.and we dropped it off a day early (which we did).
They also forgot to mention that they don't drive across the river to drop people off. The communication wasn't very clear and that sucked because we let them know we were going to Paxton for our other rental.
Overall, it was great except that we had to order an Uber.and we could've just drove the car to the other place instead.

Staff was nice and understanding. They made sure we knew what we were getting and if we didn't like the vehicle they helped get us one that would work.
