Enterprise rent a car is horrible I had such a terrible experience with them I’ve rented a car with them and I had accident liability everything and went out of town and got into an accident in the car was fully covered and they said they took back the Insurance because we was out of town
I did not understand them and on top of that they customer service is terrible I won’t rent another car from there

Horrible experience. I specifically asked and paid for a rental similar to my truck. I got a tiny Hyundai.
They were already late, made me wait 30 minutes on top of that and caused me to be late to work.
