Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Shamokin Dam PA

The front and back interior windows were smudged and dirty, which made visibility difficult at night. There was a smell of smoking in the car from previous drivers.

I was quoted a weekly price, but when I returned the car, they mistakenly charged me $200 above the quoted price. They agreed to refund the money, which took about 4 days.

For a $3.80 toll, they charged $14.85 in processing fees.

The man that helped us was so friendly easy to talk to explained things to help us understand, was one of the best experience I had going into a business, they should all take lessons from that young man he makes me want to rent there in the future I hope when I come back to bring car back I deal with him

I was running late and I don’t know if I got lucky or not but they were still there after closing. They got me in and right out and I was able to get on the road in good timing. Customer service was great!

We made our reservation in May for a car from Bloomsburg PA and when we went to pick it up they had NO CARS. Called the enterprise in Shamokin Dam and they sent me a confirmation for a car. Got to that place and they had NO CAR. Our whole trip is ruined due to incompetence.
We will not used them again.

I totaled my vehicle and needed a car to drive until my insurance paid me. Enterprise picked me up at my house so I didn't have to get a ride to them. When my wife and I finally found a car we liked (in another state) enterprise let us take the vehicle one way to the dealership, and they picked up the car from there. It was a convenient and pleasurable experience.

I have been getting rentals from this location for quite a few years. They take good care of me and the staff < (TARA) > is always friendly.

Super nice and friendly, do not recommend reserving a car online, I did 2x and both times was called a couple hrs later or the day of, which was the following day after reserving, that they all rented out, so always call after reserving or just call the friendly awesome staff. (Williamsport location)

I gotta say they are top notch and very reasonably priced, no matter what your looking for if they don't have it they WILL get it for you. No pressure, no hassle, and smooth transactions. It was so easy and seemless. The people that work there are so very polite. The car we had as a rental sucked as far as comfort. We had a VW Tiguan and it was the most uncomfortable vehicle we have ever used for travel. Is there a way to get VW to pay for a chiropractor and a masseuse?

The staff is always friendly and professional even when the phones ringing off the hook. Service is quick and easy. I will continue to use them for my car rental needs. The Charger was a blast to drive.

Over change for rental car pay full got a mid size car. They are telling me a Toyota Camry is full size car it you buy this car it not full size car it a mid size car.

Insurance on the wasn’t explained to me about which way would be the way to. Now I’m out $330.30. Thanks for screwing me out of money. Thank You for poor business.
