Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Lancaster PA

The entire rental experience was great! Maxwell was Very friendly and explained the rental process. Thank you! I would suggest telling customers a little bit more about the newer cars and how the car is with lane changes, and keeping you within the lines.

Best place to rent a car. Been renting for enterprise for years. I always go to the one on Columbia Ave. They all are so nice.

It was great. I picked up my rental and the next day it smells like someone smoked in the car. I called the office, the staff were very friendly and apologized for the odor. The offered to pick and drop off a diffrent car. I would definitely recommend that office. As a matter-of-fact my husband and I are in Calgary CA and on our way to pickup our rental car from Enterprise.

We have worked with enterprise many times in the last several years- specifically the one on Columbia Ave in Lancaster, PA. We have always had excellent experiences. The people are friendly and helpful and it's been reliable. We had an experience this past week with a car that wasn't quite the same standard we were used to with them, but they worked with us to make it right:) We'll continue counting on Enterprise for our car rental needs!

The car wasnt very clean, the media was having issues kept kicking my phone off while i was using maps on the highway, made funny noises when i turned on air conditioning, Inside wasnt wiped down clean nor outside.

I had one of the smoothest rental car transactions in my life. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Highly recommended!

The original rental process was ok but when I needed to change my drop off location, it was not. The on line & phone customer service staff was NO HELP. The local office was closed on Sunday (my drop off was Monday). I had to drive an hour to another location to make change. I kept getting text to confirm but it didn’t show change. I drove to orig drop off on Monday Am to confirm they had update. (and then drove to their local body shop to replace a windshield wiper as they did not have one- delaying my trip)
The worst part was being charged over $100 ($135 total- would have been $185 but got a slight break) to drop off 2 hrs away— because I crossed a state line to get to an airport. This charge more than DOUBLED my three day rental. Highway robbery anyone?

Quick and easy rental process. All employees I interacted with were very nice. Car was great and fun to drive. Very easy return process as well. Will definitely go back when I need another rental. Thanks!

Enterprise Rent a Car on Columbia Avenue is amazing! My insurance company was giving me a hard time with giving me my car rental (Safe Auto) They worked with me and gave me the cheapest rate and car possible until it went through.
I was also able to purchase a new jeep at their car sales place Enterprise car sales on Manheim Pike. If you need a rental go to this location!

Honestly I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and all I have to say is I don’t agree with them. From the time I scheduled my appointment to my pick up and return. Everyone at this location was extremely wonderful. I had my car break down and needed to be fixed under warranty. Had nothing to do with enterprise but I needed a car for work, and Garrett went above and beyond and tried to help me. He went as far as to call the dealership my car was at to see if they could put the rental on an account. He definitely did not need to do that, but he did and it shows he cares! Keep up the good work everyone!

Very happy with the service. Picked up a truck and drove it to Muncy PA (2 hour drive) to buy a new car. Called the enterprise office on Monday and let them know that the car was in Muncy. They didn't give me trouble even though the car was far away from the original enterprise. Apologies!

They have consistently been amazing to work with. I had several car accidents in a short period of time and worked with Enterprise through Liberty Mutual to get a rental both times. And they were super accommodating, the cars were great, and the customer service just so good, time after time. They have gone above and beyond and I only have good things to say. Thank you guys!
