Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Reading PA

Everyone here is so nice. Anna was so sweet and made checking in easy and nice. I am now working with Nikki she’s so nice as well. It’s rare to find people who actually care about what they do and they rlly do here. My mom just went here and had a great experience as well.

The staff was very professional and informative.
And would answer any question you had about the car you're renting.

Needed car to go to Philly for a wedding, I had 6 people and my SUV seats 5. Enterprise gave me a Honda pilot, it preforme great, we all got there and I returned it on a Sunday, love the drop box. They let me park my car on their lot, which is nice. A very good experience.

From the moment I called the people at this enterprise location I knew I was in good hands. Pillar helped me get right back on the road with a rental and every time I needed an extension or something came up she was there for me. Truly amazing woman and someone who is happy to help and be in customer service. Will certainly do business with them again if need be. Everyone at this location should be commended.

The only way these folks could be any nicer to me is if they were feeding me BonBons while driving me to my destination. Always very kind.

I was just there today with my coworkers and dropped off three cars. Great service from Ms. Pillar and the rest of the team. They all deserve a raise for such professional demeanors and attention to detail.

The cars that I pickup are always clean and ready to go upon arrival. I never have issues at this location. They make it easy and even pick me up. The driver that picked me up was very pleasant and I would certainly come back.

I want to say thank you to Bandon J Harry and his staff. They always take care of me right away. The cars invented are always clean and in excellent condition.

My rep: Gabrielle, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. She made the whole experience fantastic and go very smoothly. The Honda Pilot was clean and smelled good. I definitely will rent again from this branch!

This office came through with getting me a high quality car. We had some initial scheduling issues, but I understand they had challenges due to the recent flooding in the area (which is why I needed a car myself). After getting past the scheduling issues, the staff (specifically Brennan), has been great to work with and very accommodating.

I was very pleased with my service at Enterprise. Brandon is a very personable and helpful employee. He’s knowledgeable about his job and put my mind at ease during a trying time that I had with the repair of my own car.
