Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Warrendale PA

This Enterprise really goes above and beyond. I needed to get a last minute rental while my truck was getting worked on, where other locations said there was nothing they could do Max bent over backwards to get me a set of wheels for the next morning when I needed them. Thank you Max

Service was great and the car selection was excellent. This is one of the top places to rent a car in the Pittsburgh area.

The service is amazing here! Make sure if you're at the Warrandale location to ask Max for help! He does the best job at getting the best bang for your buck with the rental provided. I needed a car last minute and he was able to get me something special.

The car was filthy when delivered. Windows so dirty, view was obstructed. The Enterprise person said they couldn't wash the car and wouldn't reimburse for a car wash. Very disappointed in Enterprise.

Great staff! Tyree helped me immensely. Super accommodating, made it very convenient for me when trying to get a rental car quickly. Even though I had other enterprises closer, only Warrendale was able to help. Didn't know how difficult it is these days to get a rental car.

Clean, modern facility with friendly staff. Our rental was a Chevy Malibu with only 5000 miles…. Well appointed and ran great! We had it for a month…. No problems!

Reserved a car through my corporate account. Didn’t have car when my reservation came time: called and told me there might be something available later today. I need to leave now to make my appointments in Maryland.

Last week took my car into Classic Automotive in Mars. PA for repairs. Enterprise Warrendale had my rental ready and waiting for me at Classic Automotive. Staff was first rate. When my car was ready all I had to do was pick mine up and drop the rental off at Classic Auto.
The only issue was trying to get the local Enterprise on the phone. Business must be good.

Great customer service. The current Warrendale branch manager has created a friendly, engaging culture that is also cooperative and flexible.

The manager has a atttitude problem for one. They dont tell you in advance about only using credit cards. They change the amount of your deposit depending on the state. They dont inform you of anything. I was almost stuck in pa because of them. I went with a competitor and had no problems at all. Herts goes over everything before you rent. When i called up anybody they go its our policy. But if you dont inform anyone of the policy how do you expect them know. Do better. An this manager (who wouldn't give me his name decided to just cancel my reservation all on his own. He didnt wanna give his name over either so i could put his name down. Worst experience ive ever had at an enterprise. Called corporate they cant speak English enough to understand your problem as well. I had to repeat to her 20 million times and still she didn't understand me.

Easy to make a reservation. They picked me up quickly and the process was effortless. Would definitely use them again.

They got me in a vehicle with short notice and I wasn't sure when my car was going to be fixed. The whole process was GREAT!

I have rented cars from this location for over 15 years and rent over 100 days every year. The level of disrespect from an employee “Joe” who hung up the phone on me is completely unacceptable. I needed a car at 8: 00 and not 10: 00. I will be going to Cranberry for my rental needs moving forward.

Allan was able to find me a car on very short notice when all other Enterprise car rental couldn't. Great service
