Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Stroudsburg PA

I’ve rented from this location a few times. For the most part, the customer service reps I’ve interacted with have been professional. My issue is mostly with the operations of this location. Beware, just because you reserve a car in a certain class doesn’t mean it’s guarantee in addition to being a car of your choice. You should also be prepared to stop at a gas station to fuel up. In many cases there will be little to no gas inside of the vehicle. My last rental had an odor combined with the smell of cigarette smoke. The vehicle also wasn’t clean although I had to wait while the car was “being cleaned and sanitized. ” I ended up going home to wipe down the interior of the vehicle and stopping at a local auto part store to pick up an air freshener.

I was also told they rarely get premium vehicles which is strange considering that option is actually on the website. To rectify this, I was told to call at least 3 days prior to my rental to make sure they have a vehicle in stock. Seems like a lot of work for a customer.

Attention to detail go a long way. I’ll use this location for last minute request, but I think it’s time to start researching an alternative to this particular location just in case it gets worse.

I’ve been a client for many years, but I’m done. The last couple of times the service has been Horrible. Cars have been dirty and not properly inspected. When told of problems with cars, nothing was done to address the issues.

Pre Covid I rented cars often from Enterprise. The staff has always been professional and helpful. The cars are clean and in good working order. The only criticism is the windows are never properly cleaned especially the front and rear windows.

Faculty was clean. Check in process was a bit time consuming due to technical issues. Vehicle was clean & ready to go. Dropped off afterhours, no issues. My preferred rental company. Great deals sometimes available.

I rent quite frequently from this particular location and the quality of service is excellent. I have encountered various associates throughout my numerous rentals, but the experience is always the same; friendly and energetic. I also appreciate the attentiveness to returning customers and the smooth renting process the staff here manages.

The rental I had smelled like a cheap motel room. Wife refused to ride in it. Stale, musty, old. Insurance paid way too much for what I got.

Friendly and informative. Provided one on one attention. Quick service. I was out of the office within 15 mins of arrival.

Lindsay was very kind and professional. Jose was very friendly and professional. They truly go out of their way to accommodate. 5 stars!

I actually wasn't a customer but accompanied my mother after leaving her vehicle for repairs at Ray Price. They set it up, we left and a car was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Quite impressed at the ease in this process. If I am ever in the market I will not think twice about using this establishment

The Enterprise on 611 was a good place at one time but do to a new manager they got in stroudsburg i no longer Recommend them. Sorry.

The car was fine and the gentleman who helped me when picking up the car was nice and provided good service.

But renting out cars that are low on gas and saying you can return at the same level is ridiculous.basically seems like a way to squeeze out some extra money. You're welcome for all of the extra gas I returned the car with. Stop being lazy and just go fill the tanks instead of dumping this on the customer.

Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Had my commuter broke down. As a result had to make reservation for Friday. Due to the storm moved my reservation to Sunday. On Sunday picked up a car no issues. Had to return car earlier. Again no issues. Special thanks to Jose Reina. Good job handling your costumers.

We started out in rock springs Wyoming and traveled to pa they were cool put us in a 2018 rav4 nice car. I would recommend friend or anyone real nice and professional

Pretty good selection staff is fairly friend a sometimes there's a wait even if you have a reservation

Today while in the car dealership getting a new vehicle after my car was total from a accident:
We sitting there and a gentleman comes in and ask who has the rental outside I said it’s me he states he’s from the enterprise in Stroudsburg and sent him to get the car. I’m looking at him like what I spoke with a young man this morning who called my house from the enterprise in East Stroudsburg where we got the car from to let us know that my insurance had extended our rental until the 23rd. I explained that to the gentleman and he got on the phone call the Stroudsburg enterprise told them what I said. He never apologized or anything he just left. I thought all of the stores are on the same system and could see what’s on a customers account. I never felt so embarrassed like I had felt today. I don’t know if I would use enterprise again after that experience.

Horrible customer service, no one calls you back yet they call for another deposit! After being told I would only be charged taxes and fees daily they called for another deposit and were charging me taxes fees and $20 extra a day when I did not request this vehicle! I wouldn’t recommend them they are quick to give you something bigger because they want your insurance company to pay top dollar.

We had a great experience it was a quick process and accommodating I appreciate it guys keep up the good work!

The staff is very kind, respectful, helpful, courteous and professional. I can't give them enough praise for their hard work and availability. They always go out of there way to make every reservation feel like a wonderful first time experience. God bless them.
