I live in lansdale but I rented from blue bell this location is cheaper and faster also better service overall I had very good experience here

This company is going down the drain. My second time I made a reservation for 10 days rental an they turned me down. Professional manager if he don’t have a car available you must update the website so that the customer will appreciate it. I hope you guys go out Of business as the others.

Great Customer Service, reasonable prices, nice clean facility, your are in/out in minutes. To top that courtesy pick/drop to and from with no wait time. What else would you need from a car rental service - Highly recommend this service center to all renters!

Recently rented a car due to an accident. Matt, Amber and the entire staff were extremely accommodating through the entire process. If I need another car I will go see them even though I live 30 miles away.

The rental experience was very pleasant. I got updated car from Sedan to Jeep, and I dropped the key into the box. The returning process was easy and smooth!

The car was great. In excellent condition and ran perfectly. The customer service was also great. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with both the pickup and drop off. The only negative was that it was not cleaned out in the back seat. Their were hair pins in the back seat and floor.

The quality of the rented car was subpar and when I returned the car (it was during a snow) there was no plowing and the entrance was invisible that I ended up jumping off a curb to get to the road. This place needs to up its customer service game.

People there were very good at their jobs the car was very clean and was the cheapest of all the other rentals around

I have rented from this location a number of times and have been more than satisfied each time. Service is quick and friendly, the cars are clean and in great shape and the one time I needed pick up service they were on time and courteous. Cannot recommend them more!

I got an excellent service from Shaun. He drove behind me all the way to catch up and let me know how to fix the child lock on the car. Hats off to this service!

I had to get a rental following an accident. After contacting another rental agency I contacted the Blue Bell Enterprise shop. They were awesome! Picked me up and took me to the shop, got me through the paperwork and into a car in no time. When I asked to change the car that I was in, no problem! I brought the car I was in back and got turned around into a better fit for me in no time. Everyone was courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Kamilah Greene, the assistant manager, is rude, unprofessional & unhelpful. She was not only rude to me but also to other customers. She is a disgrace to the values of Enterprise, & should be fired! I will not be renting there again. I hope management reads this & speaks to her about her attitude. She should treat customers better. What a shame.

The location in blue bell is awesome I would recommend and would go to that location again the locations in Philadelphia need to learn from blue bell.
