Pleased with service, no high pressure to purchase more services than I needed, what they offered did the job! Technicians were friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly.

The technician was very nice helpful with the cellar doors and professional. My only problem was Thursday at 10: 35 an email was sent saying they would be arriving between 2: 00 and 4: 00 on Friday-this building is not occupied only for meetings and thank goodness I happened to get on my laptop and look at my emails or I would not have known it until he would have called, as he did today which is good and I appreciate that because I had changed some plans he was early it worked out well this time. Could we have a few more days notice instead of 24 hours thank you! Sam French, treasurer.

Came out the same day I called and took down the hornet nest. When I shook the branch they were on this morning one flew out. Hopefully just a straggler and not rebuilding.

Jason was very prompt, helpful and courteous. He was very professional. We had to leave the house for 4 hours after the treatment. When we returned, stink bugs were dropping like flies, and that is not even what he came for. Just an added benefit. I highly recommend EntoGuard!
