We had a Private appointment for my daughter to find her Homecoming dress. Tammy and staff were fantastic! HIGHLY recommend the private appointments. My daughter was able to get all the attention, felt so comfortable and had fun AND we came home with 2 dresses! One for homecoming and one for her next dance.

Love shopping small business owners! As a small business owner myself I am always aware of and on the hunt for awesome customer service and I found it here! This chick is first rate! We are from out of state passing through and found her shop. Beautiful dresses, better selection than big department stores and she knew her dresses. She and her associates were very helpful and made my daughter feel great. They were honest, not pushy and real people. Wish their store was closer to home!

Went looking for a Homecoming dress for my daughter and my expectations were met and blown out of the water! They are not only helpful but fun! I knew within the first few minutes this was no longer just finding the perfect dress but a fun experience for my daughter. They treated her like she was so special and just helping her from start to finish! Can't say enough! We will definitely return! And I highly recommend them!

I went here for my Junior prom dress. The store owner was super friendly about the fact that I did not have an appointment and let me in anyway. She gave me dresses to try on and we found the perfect one! The price was very low and the same goes for when I needed to get it hemmed. Overall the staff are friendly and the price is right!

I endlessly recommend this shop, especially during prom and formal season. The owner is incredibly nice and is willing to work around your schedule to try to get you the best dress possible. Service was incredibly personalized and she helped me in a very down to earth way that I loved. Definitely not one of those prissy places that overcharges for everything. Prices were amazing compared to competitors.

I loved it at first everyone was so helpful and found my dream dress I fell so in love. Then covid hit and they said they would hold it for me over the shut down. I called 3 times and no one answered and they said they called as well, but no one ever got a call. I paid for half of the dress. Then when I was going to go pick it up, they called and said that they sold my dress and now they won’t give my money back for the dress that I paid half for.

Great selection at awesome prices! She stayed right with us until we found the perfect fit!

I had an amazing experience while visiting The Fashion exchange! The lady working was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect dress for my girlfriend. I actually don't live nearby and was in town for work. When I got back home I realized the dress was not the correct size/did not fit my girlfriend and being over 500 miles away it wasn't an option to drive to return it. I called several months later and the lady that helped me in the store remembered me on the phone. Without hesitation she told me I could ship it them and receive another dress with the right size. That is awesome customer service especially for a small town shop. I received the dress in the mail and it's a perfect fit. She loves it! Thanks again. (:
