Almost every single one of my fingers were hit with the dremel when I was getting my nails done. Seems like when staff is agitated they take it out on the customers.

I looked for a pale pink color, but they only had red, orange, blues, greens, etc. (colors that would chip quickly and look awful.) It’s unfortunate that I did not leave when I saw that red flag. Then, they showed me colors on a chart. I picked the lightest white, but for the pedicure she applied some highly pearlized color, not what I picked, but I did not debate it.
For my fingernails, I was forced to pick a clear color considering the lack of neutral choices. Immediately, I asked that she push my cuticles back (instead of clipping them) and she said OK. However, she took her clippers and did the most furious, intense, cutting of all my cuticles. I was extremely uncomfortable, but tried to hang in there. My cuticles were not in bad shape but she clipped and clipped (and clipped) voraciously, almost OCD. When it was time to pay, I asked the price and was STUNNED when she said $65! (I thought it was a language error). I looked on the pricing board and they had many types of manicures and pedicures posted, but no price was posted for a BASIC manicure and pedicure.

AVOID this place!

Pricier than other salons but willing to take walk in customers late in day. Was put off by several things. Poor color selection and push you to get pricier gel polish even though they lack a good color selection. Manicurist was shown photo of length and shape (long oval) but gave me short squared stubby nails then ignored me when I said I wasn't happy. He opened his wallet and pulled out wads of cash to show his colleague how much he made (tacky) and when I went to pay, the owner had her dirty bare feet propped up next to the counter area. Not impressed at all. *edited post. I took off another star because 2 new acrylic nails lifted in one week and 3/4 had popped off within 2 weeks. Total waste of money.

Loved this place! Very nice folks and did an excellent job on my nails! I get lots of compliments on them!

Kelly has been doing my nails since high school. She's the only one I'd let do my nails.
