No matter who is doing my nails, I always have a great experience. They always turn out beautiful. I give them an idea of what I want and it always turns out perfect for whatever occasion I have going on. Even my everyday Nails always look great. 10 out of 10 would recommend especially when they treat you like family

I stopped in for a gel manicure and the nails started to peel off while I was still in the parking lot. In under 2 hours all of my nails peeled off as they didn’t prep the nail at all for gel polish. They also charged $93 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure when they are each listed for $30 on their online service menu. I was just visiting the area for the holidays but stay away if you are local!

Edit: I called 3 times asking for a refund since I cannot get them fixed given I live in Texas and was told they can only offer me to come in and get a new set for 50% off.

This place is cool. The atmosphere is nice but they very much so overcharge. My sister and I went to get frenchies both manicure and pedicure and were charged $125 each. My nails were literally 3x smaller than my sisters and I still paid the same price as her. Not ok

I was here about a month ago. I won't go back solely due to the poor service from one woman. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon. First.the lady out of nowhere asked if I was pregnant. I said no and she proceeded to tell me that I looked it anyway. Mind you in here.having a bad day.trying to get pampered and feel better. I went for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. A gentleman did a great job on my toes and was kind. Then in comes the lady again for the wax. She waxes my eyebrows and asks if I want my lip done. I say sure but then without asking.she starts waxing my whole face saying I'm hairy and hair is only for men. She charged me for it too. I paid but I will never go back. It's a shame because I'm local.

He did a very good job with my nails and he hand painted a snow flake and a piece of candy

I am very pleased with the Nail Salon. Next time a pedicure. I can't wait. All the employees are kind and considerate. I've been going there for years. Great place. Highly recommended.

First time at Envy. I got a regular manicure. If you look on their website regular manicure includes light hand massage and hot towel. Got neither. Every other place I get my nails done they put a base coat on before polish. They did not do that here. Polish went right on my nails. Can just imagine what my nails will look like when I take the polish off. Every other place I go to when you wash your hands you use soap. Not here.just water. I wanted to pay before they polished my nails so I would not mess them up. They did not let me. Place was clean and staff was nice.

The place is clean and the people are really nice.

I went to get my eyebrows done and she told me she would “take care of me. ” basically she waxed my entire face when I only asked for my eyebrows and then she charged me almost $50.

I decided to give this place another chance. I went in with my boyfriend to get regular pedicures. $142 later we find out she charged us for the most expensive one. I understand it’s their job to upsell, but we pretty much just got robbed and taken advantage of twice. I won’t be back because of that.

Went in for a dip powder manicure. Got a lemon pedicure while there. Both my nails and toes look great! The owner is very hospitable and makes sure every guest is satisfied.

I like this salon staff is very friendly, helpful and utensils are always clean and sterile. Never any issues. Anthony and Amanda are awesome.

I’ve been here many times since i’ve started going to the college near by. The service is always excellent and the work they do is always the best! The staff is exceptionally kind, and welcoming. Definitely recommend going here

Nail technician clipped both me and friend's skin when shaving down our nails.both of our nails are crooked and not the same lengths.nail art was mediocre, not looking like our reference photos at all.did not clean station between doing my nails and my friends.we were very disappointed and would not come again due to the quality and how much we spent.

Very nice salon, pleasant location and staff. Would return. Pricey though and was pressured to do more services.

It's been years since I had a pedicure due to gross ridged nails that have not improved despite medication. I was embarrassed to have someone work on them, but it was halfway through summer and someone needed to do the job. I was driving through Kutztown and planned to find a salon in a nice shopper center and this place was perfect. I didn't take pictures but the salon was clean, nicely painted, the location was quiet and pleasant.
I was greeted very kindly and explained my situation and hesitation on getting them done. The woman was understanding and told me not to worry.
The person who did my pedicure was a guy and kept to my nails the entire time. Honestly I prefer just being able to sit and relax and not made random talk.

The nails came out like a normal person's which was my goal!
I didn't ask the price but was surprised how high it was ($53). I used my card and assumed maybe they added gratuity so I didn't tip. If I did the gel, it would have been close to $80.

A good amount of the pedicure procedure involved putting some lotion scrub on my calves. Like 5 times. And not even on my feet! It wasn't like a feel good exfoliating scrub, just a mineral/pearl mixture. I was more worried about my feet, not my legs. If that's adding to the price, I would prefer not using it. Idk how much one of those packets cost. I was disappointed they didn't use whatever magical mixture that was on my pedicure problem.

Checking out the woman asked where I was from and she used to work in the area (wilkes barre). She was very sweet but tried to get me to do a manicure and eyebrow tint. Which obviously would make me look better but I didnt have the money. If I had, I may have been persuaded. So be careful

Love the owners attitude and loved the vibes of their business.
Foot massage was awesome! Loving the pedicure and so pleased with pedicurist.

Made me and my daughters feel welcome immediately, had the most relaxing afternoon. Highly recommend.

I waited longer than my pedicure took to do. Not a good paint job was not thorough, paint was streaky. Will not be going back!

Anthony did a great job! I love the design he did on my nails and he was very professional. I’ve been coming to Envy for a while now and enjoy going there. They’ve always done a great job on my nails.

The only reason i am giving two stars is because the staff is very friendly. I’ve been going there for about 2 years now. In the beginning it was great. As of recently (the last 8 months or so), my nails have been terrible. They look great but within 2-3 days after my appointment, something happens to my nails. I always get either gel or dip. The two most expensive manicures you can get. They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. But in 2-3 days, my nails are always chipping without fail. I work on a computer daily, so nothing strenuous with my hands and they still chip. I have NEVER gotten a gel or dip manicure that chipped off like this. It’s very disappointing & i will need to find somewhere else to go.

Amazed everyone was nice a welcoming a the gentleman that did my nails went above and beyond! 10 out of 10 recommend!
