Dr. Emerson and every member of the team truly make you feel welcomed and cared for. I became a patient because of a broken tooth, that sadly needed to be pulled. Dr. Emerson listened to me as I expressed my concerns over my anxiety and made the procedure as painless as possible. When I had to have two cavities worked on, he provided a tool so that I could rest my jaw as it became tired. The office is warm and inviting and I have been greated with a smile every time I have had the pleasure of coming in for an appointment. If you are looking for a dental team that puts education and excellence into every procedure, I am happy to say your search is over! I have been a patient of Ephrata Family Dentistry for years and I will continue to be for many more! Dr. Emerson is caring and engaging with patients - he always fully answers all my questions. He is honest and upfront about the necessity of procedures and doesn't try to "sell" unnecessary work. Erin the hygienist also does a great job. She always has useful advice and feedback regarding my current health and home dental care.

I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I met with Dr. Emerson and his staff for my first appointment. All my dental issues, concerns, and future plans for me were addressed. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and friendly and I am so relieved that I am a patient of Ephrata Family Dentistry.

I found my new Dentist. I switched jobs and had to find a new place to polish my teeth. I’ve been with my Dentist over 10yrs and was not looking forward to find a new one. Ephrata Family Dentistry has great people, relaxing, fun and enjoyed my visit.

Friendliest dentist office I jave ever been to. My son looks forward to going. The hygienist Erin is the best.

I don’t think they spent enough time on my most pressing issue which was a tooth ache. My teeth still hurt and no follow up appointment was made for me to work on my teeth.

It was my 5yr old first time at the dentist- Erin was fantastic explaining everything to her & being so encouraging! Dr Emerson was great with her and easy to talk with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great experience that my daughter can't stop sharing with everyone how she loves going to the dentist.

Amazing and friendly staff. I feel like they were accommodating and fair. I have had poor experiences with dentists in the past but not the case for here. So glad I found a dentist I will continue to regularly go to. 11/10

By far the best dental practice I have ever been to. The entire staff is professional yet personable, and Dr. Emerson’s commitment to his patients is exceptional. I opted for a, mostly cosmetic, procedure that was a big risk if things went awry, and I can honestly say I felt 100% calm in this team’s care throughout the entire process. Dr. Emerson was extremely communicative throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and involved, and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. Overall I have to say, there is an obvious and genuine care for his patients that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere.

Really great experience, intuitive & compassionate! I’m a military veteran with PTSD + psych issues, this staff and this doctor helped immensely with minimal stress.

Great experience from start to finish. This was my first visit, and I appreciate the fact I didn't have to fill out additional paperwork when I got there. It seems most offices have you repeat filling out medical history and paperwork that you already filled out online.
I was a little wary because they took me back a little late, but I received apologies from both the hygienist and dentist.
Everyone was so personable and conversational. Loved my hygienist, and I can't say enough good things about her- so friendly and thoughtful. So got me a cold water bottle while I waited.
In past dental experiences (including first-time visits) my dentists at other practices seem to rush in and start looking at my mouth right away. Dr Emerson came in, shook my hand, sat across from me and had a one-on-one conversation before taking a look.
Post-exam, I appreciated his thoughts and explanation on any findings. He took the time to clearly explain and see if I had any questions.
Front desk reception was equally friendly and efficient. I'm so glad I found this office. It almost makes me look forward to future dentist appointments instead of dreading them!
