Management is hard to get a hold of. There have been clusters of bugs that continue to run around without being addressed. The place is run down and needs updated right away. Worst of all, when there’s an issue, maintenance takes forever to fix it, if at all. I remember when a toilet was overflowing and water was running into the hall. There’s so much gossip that just creates an unhappy living environment. I would not advise anyone to send their loved ones.
