We were referred to EPOCH IT by one of its longtime customers when we happened to mention our frustration with IT support at one of the local big box stores. The EPOCH IT experience did not disappoint, as the in-home service delivered by Ben was professional, personable, and very informative. We are now set up with multiple layers of redundancy, have replaced malfunctioning software, and now know what to expect in terms of future hardware replacement. Best of all, we have a receptive place to go with questions from the non-technically savvy.

Fantastic experience: They went out of their way to get my busted ancient computer up and running again at a very modest cost. I highly recommend.

Worst service ive seen in a long time. They charged me for both cleaning and maintenance fees, but there was no cleaning done. Every bit of dust, inside and out, was still there. And they returned my computer stating the issue was fixed, and it immediately didnt power on at all. No issue was fixed and I was charged 85$, and over a week of my time wasted.

I have been using Epoch IT services for over 5 years, they are truly caring, honest business people to deal with. They all do everything they can to help you as efficiently and quickly as they possibly can.
I have met most of their staff, each one from the owner and all others are the most honest people and helpful people I have ever dealt with.

I was a business owner for over 30 years, now retired, and I must say that I wish more businesses were run with this efficiency and caring for their customers.

I had a great experience with Epoch IT services.
I needed my Synth’s mainboard repaired, and no other place in Lehigh valley offered micro soldering.
I contacted Epoch IT and they were able to fix broken pins, and solder loose ones, on a discontinued IC/MPU that is absolutely necessary for my synthesizer to work, and the service was fast.
Epoch IT, exceeded all expectations, and after many years of collecting dust, my synth is working again.
Top notch and very professional service, very knowledgeable and they are actually passionate and Love what they do.
Prices are reasonable.
I highly recommend Epoch IT services and expertise.
From now on, they’re my go to place for all my micro soldering and IT services.

I went with my ps5, it had a broken piece in the lan port. The man that helped me was calm, a great listener, and great at explaining the solution and the problem. 10/10 if anything is wrong with electronic go there

I had to take my Alienware laptop in after it had an issue with its CPU. Not only were they able to get it in quickly; but the primary issue was found quickly and repaired within a week. A real life saver saver for one such as myself.

My son is a learning and growing 15 yr old who’s been building his PC since 12 yrs old. He received some new hardware for his PC ; for his birthday (yesterday) and of course we THOUGHT we knew what we were doing.just a quick switcharoo of parts etc. No such luck!

It was a Saturday - who would even be open to help us in the middle of a PANDEMIC global shutdown? I called Epoch, on some whim that maybe come Monday someone would answer my message.

I got an almost IMMEDIATE call back from Ben. (He literally is a lifesaver!) I explained our Haphazard job and he said that it wouldn’t be a problem for us to stop by and drop off if need be! ON A SATURDAY AT 5pm? ! AMAZING!

We got there and Ben came out and handled everything! We waited a minimum of 15-20 mins and he had fixed the issue! He also gave a quick crash course on what we needed to do/not do, some extra screws and a couple zip ties for cords!

Ben was Beyond Helpful and made such a wonderful effort! It was so appreciated! Will be going to Epoch for all our computer and IT needs from here on out! Very fast reliable service and clear concise instructions and explanations (for us non tech heads) & affordable! ** And he saved a 15yr olds birthday from being completely ruined!

Brought in a laptop that needed repair. Repairs took place very quickly and at a VERY reasonable cost. Staff is courteous and know what they're talking about. They earned a repeat customer.
