Ran across realtor from this agency when shopping for a home in 2020. Had a hiccup regarding the purchase but had to call and email for months with no response before we finally got ahold of someone from the office in March of 2022. Requesting copies to file for rights attached to the house, we were told follow up but again no return calls or emails.
Awesome communication when buying a house from our experience, but don't depend on them after closing.
