We had an emergency, out septic got full and we called few companies some didn’t answer and one had an appointment for 2 days later, Eric answer the call and he was at my house within 30 minutes! When you need someone responsible and fast you can call Eric.

I've been a customer of Eric Bell for over 12 years. His service is top notch. He is reliable, knowledgeable and friendly.

He is honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. He was the second person we had come look at it, and boy am I glad we chose him. The other company was totally going to cheat us and replace perfectly fine equipment. I will only use this company from now on.

Pumped my tank and repaired a baffle in the tank, scheduled to come back and finish work. I waited and never got a call that he was not coming after several days I got some els.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Mr. Bell for his expertise and professionalism. He came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I called him. I liked that when I spoke to him on the phone he was very upfront about diagnostics and cost. He was also very professional and friendly, said he would be at my house within an hour and true to his word he was. He took the time to explain things to me and came prepared to do the job. I'd like to thank him for saving me a ton of money in these hard times. I will definitely be calling him again.

Lousy service and unreliable!
I made an appointment for him to come on Monday before 12. He never showed up and never called to inform me if he was coming or not. I called him but he never answered. Very bad customer service because of him I lost a day of work.

I have been using Eric Bell’s Septic Service since I moved into my house in 1996 and I take offense to someone that would post from a name called “longandthick” a day ago and when you look at his name he also gave Allstate Septic a good review a day ago as well. How can you give 2 septic people a review on the same day and one that you say you didn’t use that day got 5stars and the other got 3 stars? It looks like a competitor did this and Eric has always been fair and shows up! Hopefully Google removes “longandthick”s review

Eric did the job that was required. Pumped our septic and fixed our baffle WITHIN HOURS. He is a one man show; not a big organization. Will be calling back for maintenance! Thanks Eric!

This guy is a lousy crook.
I needed my septic cleaned after 5 years of use.
Bell comes over and instead of opening the 3 skeptic tanks in the ground, he uses a small little thin hose and snakes it down in one tank and thinks I dont know what the hell he is doing.he is.lucky he was able to walk after that.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK.he wont even give you any paper work to show it was cleaned.
