Dr. Klein is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get the dental treatment I needed. She did not ever once make me feel rushed, or push me on anything. She came up with a great plan and you can definitely tell she genuinely cares about her patients! I also had to get numb today and literally felt nothing! Not even the needle she used to numb me! If I could give more than 5 stars for her and her team I absolutely would. Thank you all for the outstanding treatment!

My family have been patients with Dr. Klein for about 2 years and find her and her staff highly competent. I have been seen by by Dr. Klein and Dr. Jamie Lowstetter and both have a very pleasant "bedside manner", are thorough, and take time with patients. My wife and I have both been patients of Dr. Klein for quite some time. Her strong training and skills have always been evident. Efficient office staff and well trained professionals contribute to a smoothly run practice. In addition, they always seem to find time to set up an emergency appointment, when needed. Caring and professionalism are Hallmarks at all levels.

When my dentist of 35 plus years retired, I needed to find a new dentist. My son recommended that I go to Dr. Lowstetter, an associate of Dr. Klein. In spite of her relative youth, I have found Dr. Lowstetter to be quite competent. I think the fact that she did her residency at the VA hospital gave her a much broader range of experience. Dr. Lowstetter explains in detail what she is doing and actually cleans her patient's teeth rather than having a dental assistant do the job. Additionally, I have been impressed with the level of technology that is available in the office. So, while I may be new to the practice, I am very impressed with the care that I have received.

Ericka Klein D. M. D, P. C.was wonderful! She was enthusiastic, explained all the procedures to me, and had all the latest technology. I was able to see the condition of my teeth visually on the screen in front of me. She also has a good bedside manner. Her staff is excellent as well.

Went in today for final prep before implant. Another easy visit. Dr. Klein is the best.
I went again today for a tooth extraction by Dr. Lowstetter. It went so well that I'm thinking of having them all removed.kidding.

Fabulous office staff that are super friendly and well trained. The docs come in to see you and makes sure that you get to ask any questions and voice any concerns.

The waiting area is comfortable and clean, they have protocols in place if you want to wait in your car and there are stringent cleaning policies post patient. Forward thinking and well trained.
