Went for a refill and cut down he cut down my nails left my old design then out two different acrylic n charged me double the price when they knew he messed up and kept apologizing but gave me a hard time and charged me extra! I paid the same for a refill that I paid for my new pedicure and mani n my husband! Never will go back! Roaches and other bugs crawling around.

Went in for a pedicure and after I was seated in the chair was told that they only do gel pedicures. I personally don't like gel on my toes because it leaves damage and ridges on my toe nails when I get it taken off. Anyway.so she tells me they only do gel but if I really wanted to I could do regular polish but that I had to leave as soon as the service was done because they don't have dryers anymore. So basically I was forced into paying more money for a gel pedicure. Not even a week later my toes already chipped. She rushed through the whole pedicure because they were busy.

Great Covid-19 precautions. You have to buy your nail kit to avoid cross contamination but you get to keep it for future services. Kits cost $4. No appointment needed. Accepts cash and credit cards* (fee associated for convenience.) Provides multiple services, nails, pedicures, wax and lashes. I can only vouch for their nail services but all 3 techs I have gone to are excellent. I highly recommend Maria, Wendy and Kim. They have great designs and can do any shape and length but I like to keep my nails short and simple. See photos attached.

Absolutely adore this place. Granted there is a decent wait because of our current situations. We also must purchase a Kit for nail service. Still worth it. I've had regular Gel Full Sets, Refills, the Sculpted Nails & Eyebrows Always Pleased. No Complaints!

My go to place for my pedicure. Ana️ was my tech today. She was very polite and attentive. My feet look great rocking cat eyes #13 Pink Bengal and they feel awesome. No more ingrowns. Yayyyy did I mention that I got waxed eyebrows. Thank you Ana for making feel pampered ️. See you soon

The Nail tech that did my manicure was watching a tv show on her phone while doing my nails. I addressed the situation several times and she continued to watch videos. She ended up cutting me as she wasn’t paying attention to detail.
The “receptionist” was also extremely unprofessional. She kept coming back to the section I was at while I was addressing the situation with the tech, and she used profanity and said “there won’t be any s*** talking here”. I hope whoever runs this establishment reconsiders hiring underage receptionists and considers a better candidate who has customer service skills.
I only give 1 star as it’s the lowest rating.

Went there tonight because it was open late. Was seen within 30 minutes and Gina took good care of me. Unfortunately the teenage receptionist was very disrespectful, all she did was talk on FaceTime. She was also making sly remarks instead of asking us if there’s anything they could do. Last resort type of place

They do an excellent job in a short amount of time and the results last for a long period of time.

This is my second time visit the shop very happy and very relax. My nail tech is Danny good n fast.

They had what looked like a teenager do my feet. I came in to get my feet nails and brows done. I wasn’t satisfied with the paint job and had already made up my mind I was going somewhere else to get it painted. While waiting 40 minutes to get my nails done after my feet were finished I look down and my heels look like I never got a pedicure at all. I ask them to fix it and they told me no come back in two weeks lol. Um no thank you. Ever again.

Love this place! I've been a customer of Erie Nails for years! I would recommend getting Danny to do your nails. My nails last longer when Danny does them. Danny is at the Aramingo location. I also love the fact that they stay open until 11 pm Monday - Saturday!

Got an ingrown toenail as a result of coming to this place! When I went across the street to the clinic Urgent Care, they said I was not the first to come from that nail salon with a problem. Not good! Avoid! They do not clean their materials correctly!

Horrible service. They rush to do your nails and don’t take the time to do them right. So careless and I’m disappointed and will never go back.

Sucked. After scraping desf skin she didn't smooth outwith pumice. I didnt realize it till I got home. And i tipped. Person who did my feet disappeared with no notice. So i expressed my concern that receptionists should have not kept me sit there waiting to get full set after my incomplete pedicure looked but not feek good. My full set design sucked like a child did it

Over charged me and when I showed them their mistake since I had my receipt they said it was my bank. No it wasn’t, had to file a dispute with my bank so they can give me back what I was overcharged with. Will never come here again customer service sucks

Didn't wait too long.thought I'd be waiting longer since it's mothers day weekend. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them.

The rite way to remove Nails, they need to be put into a solution.when sanding them down there taking the natural keratin off of your nail.so they can have to redo it eventually the chemical supposed to the Little Skin of your nail which is no longer protected and causes infections that later show up in the body and blood. They may be fast and may but good no! After four refills be warned and if someone does not attend to when you, say a nail is feeling sore or is painful immediately request a supervisor and Report her most of the people don't have documents. They're not certified skins for Medical Specialties their nail techs they won't tell you if you can get an infection a disease and they don't care be careful!

Very good experience while I was here. My nails came out great and everyone was kind and patient.
