Erie County Farms

This place used to be nice but it’s not the greatest at all anymore, the meat here is really bad and that’s really sad since this store was always known for having the best meat, the surrounding neighborhood isn’t real safe either which is why this place closes so early now, the staff was very kind and they are well aware of the issues.

This place is getting more and more disappointing.
Produce, which it was always known for the best, and freshest, is old and slim pickings.
Cheese counter is gone. Carries 20% of the cold cuts they used to.
Pleace is Dirty. Staff was not friendly or engaged at all. Zombies.

I use to Love coming into town and getting my smith Hotdogs & buffalo wing hot cheese from Erie county farms.they are clean and were most kind. Today i went there to get my usual and the older lady at the cheese counter said "This LADY IS MY LAST CUSTOMER" i hadn't even made it to the counter fully.she repeated herself followed by we close at 5pm and i have to clean my machines. I said cool and then walked away.i thought it was close to 5 but when i looked at my clock it was 4: 30 pm.i turn to ask her what time they open in the morning.she said this is my last customer! I said i just want to ask what time are you open tomorrow.she said we open at 10 Monday morning. I said tomorrow is Tuesday ma'am.she just didn't want to help me at all! Guess what? I found that same cheese at Gordan butcher and meat market I WILL NOT SHOP AT ERIE COUNTY FARM AGAIN. I guess 4: 30 is the new 5.what ever happened to customer service? All i wanted was my cheese and Smith's

Very disappointed in the store. Certainly isn't the same store it used to be. I always enjoyed going there when we visited Erie. It has very little produce that is one of the things I always liked about it.

Years ago, with a prior owner this place was great. Very fresh food. Excellent prices. New owner, fresh strawberries had mold. Empty vegetable bins. Prices better in regular chain supermarkets. Place use to be packed, especially first of the month. Today nearly empty.

Place is clean looking but the meat selection was beyond disgusting. Out of date meat. Purplish Grey looking. Made me want to put everything back and leave. Only purchased freezer stuff. Even that's questionable. Not sure why our health department allows this.

This store has gone downhill so fast! Meat is sub-par at best, and be sure to check dates.many products are expired/past the sell-by date. I'm surprised the health department allows this.

This is like a save a lot! The meat looks like its turning green and and most of the items are brands i have never heard of! Then the toothless cashier, now she was as ghetto as the store is so she fit in perfectly. I would not go back if it was free.

The meats looked grey and not even a decent selection. Lunch meat, cheese, vegetables, and bread are neither good nor plentiful. They have a lot of brands I've never heard from, which is good as long as they're better than the competition. I've never seen such a popular store fall from grace since k mart. I never want to come here again. They should just shut the store down.

I have enjoyed this store for years, it is clean neat with a good variety, helpful knowledgeable staff. Three things I almost always can get here are Linzer Tarts, pastrami and prosciutto. It is wheelchair Accesible and very nice wide aisles, it was as is normal for pandemic pretty low on some inventory.

They did not have a very broad selection of things and the store really smell like sour meat

Very nice has changed from what it was before but nice and clean and very polite workers wish it was the same as before

I just left here and felt very uncomfortable and made to be embarrassed in front of other customers. It 5: 190 pm the lady working the cash register very rudely told me to bag my own stuff which I didn't mind. What I did mind was the fact of how she said it and laughed with the other customers and then started bagging there stuff would love to put a formal complaint about this employee

Fresh vegetables/ all fresh meat/goat meat/cheese, very friendly staff & spacious, ample parking.

The employees are sweet and helpful, and I love the homemade pasta, veggie and German salads!

Always find the best selections of meats and fresh fish at excellent prices. The produce is fresh and plentiful. The store has been remodeled and is fantastic. If you haven’t stopped by yet you are missing out on a great locally owned business.

The staff was very helpful and gave me many suggestions on how to make meals out of the meats that I was interested in purchasing very good variety of products to choose from i shop

Good selection of fresh produce and meats. Store is always clean and well organized. Very helpful and courteous staff make each visit enjoyable.

Love this place. Grind alot of my own meats and the employees in the meat department are so very helpful. Actually, everyone in the store are always willing to help. Love it!
