I’ve been with EFCU for years and they have always been a pleasure to work with! I appreciate you all!

Horrible bank. I paid a couple bills to the same company and my debit card was deactivated. Tried calling to get it fixed and after bank hours there is no number to call to speak to a representative. So now I am sitting with a worthless piece of plastic and I can not access my money in my account. And if you open an account you better make it that you can pull more than 300 dollars out a day. 300 max that's it. There "fraud protection" Is more of an inconvenience than helpful.

They have the worst calls system in the entire Erie area. Impossibly to reach without a ton of effort.

Love how friendly everyone is, especially Lindsey I always recommend everyone to this Credit Union or any banks above all others. Plus my kids the coin machine. Thanks for your great services!

Having been a member for years I have seen the Erie federal credit union got to hell in a hand basket. They do not honor deals they send though the mail and are rude. I have opened an account at another credit union and it has been the best thing I have done with a banking institute in years!

Since when do you need an account to exchange cash for cash at a bank. Went to this branch today to get change for a $20 for our school book fair, but they wouldn't give me any because I didn't have an account there.
