I’m standing here at the bus stop, bus never came. Very unprofessional for a city transit service to not show up. Unacceptable these busses are behind compared to Pittsburgh. They wonder why people have left this city

Apparently the bus drivers don't know what time they wanna be where they're supposed to be. One day it's 10 minutes early and the next it's 15 minutes late with barely ANY passengers at any given time.
