Ertle Powersports, Bartonsville PA

I bought a side-by-side from Ertle Powersport this past February and had a few small issues that should have been resolved by another member of their staff but were not. Once I contacted Meghan she promptly and professionally resolved these issues. I would purchase from them again.

If you are local then I guess they are an option. If youbare traveling there don't waste your time. My brand new bike was filthy and covered in dust. The salesman slapped a tag on it gave me the keys and walked away without explaining how any of the tech features worked. I had to go back in and ask. My salesman was clueless about any of it and had to get another salesman to help. He proceeds to go thru all the functions then admits that he has no idea what any of it does.big help there. I took a walk around to the parts counter and was greeted as though I was being an inconvenience my plan was to buy a new helmet and jacket to go with my new filthy bike. But I ended up going elsewhere. This is my first and last time coming here. The only plus was Johnny who helped my warranty extension. They offer the first service free but knowing I live 3 hours away round trip I asked if they could just credit me the first service or just give me the oil and filter and they flat out refused. They were actually kind of offended by that. No.just no.

I did not get my bike service as yet. I just dropped off my bike Gsxr 1000 after waiting some weeks. But the stars that they just got are for the customer service. The senior mechanic seems very young but very experienced. That’s all I needed to know that my bike I in good hands. I told him keep it call me when it’s ready I won’t call you.

Had a great experience today with my son he purchased his first dirt bike with David! Harry sold us a great helmet w goggles and Eugenie is the man making the delivery on the same day! Thanks guys for the great treatment, making my son happy and for the exceptional service - we will be back for future purchases!

We are extremely happy with our experience and purchases at Ertle powersports and would highly recommend them if you're in the market. Sales assistant David did an awesome job taking care of us and getting us through the whole purchase process. John in Finance was real nice and talkative and so was Harry who took care of setting us up with some riding gear. We Just can't say enough good things about these guys they were great.

Today our purchases were delivered on flatbed. The delivery drivers name was Eugene and he was a very friendly and polite guy. He showed us every thing we needed to know about the start up and operation of our purchases. Once again another very good experience for us with an Ertle employee.

Third car and third great experience. Not rushed, pushed into a purchase or made to feel inferior. Steve, John and Denny were personable and took time (past closing) to finish up the sale process, while giving respectful service and attention to details we specified. More than fair with price we paid for another great little car. Thank you guys! We will be back again I am sure!

So about 1 month ago I was in an accident with my motorcycle, a Hayabusa. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I’m paying to fix everything out of pocket. My wife contacted Harry, who is the service & parts manager at Ertle, to try and get some help locating the parts we needed for my bike. He was extremely courteous and helpful and spent a good deal of time researching to help us find what we needed. Even though I’ve taken my bike to Ertle before, Harry & I never met so he did all he could to help us without even knowing who I am or if he would gain my business. I ended up bringing my bike into them a week or so later to have them check over everything due to the accident. Leo, who is the certified head mechanic found issues on my bike that I had missed that would have caused me some serious problems down the road. Leo worked with me to find affordable replacement parts on his own time. He did an excellent job getting my bike tore down, fixed up, & put back together. He also kept me updated every step of the way.
Harry, the service manager, had multiple conversations with me as well during the process of fixing my bike. He was friendly, courteous, & helpful every step of the way. He worked with me to keep costs down which was amazing seeing as how this is all out of pocket. Harry & Leo are a great team and they have absolutely earned my business and trust which is not easy. Top notch group of guys!

Excellent, friendly staff who were receptive to my interests and criteria for a new motorcycle purchase. Been riding the bike for five months and it was definitely the right buy and place to buy it.
