Heather Shirk is wonderful to work with and I value her input as to helping to maintain our neighborhood.

Since we purchased our home last year, we have requested approval for 2 separate projects (architectural requests), and the staff has been very prompt at providing approval and has helped me greatly along the way by answering all of my questions. Nirma Alvarado-Vazquez especially has been very helpful to work with.

Heather really was awesome with helping me resolve issues attending our HOA meetings when our HOA board disbanded. It really made for a smooth transition to the new board and I really appreciated my voice being heard. Thank you so much!

The worst dues have gone up yearly since they took over.they adv.to save money for assoc.not happening.landscape mowed lawn today in the rain grass grew about 1" in last two weeks because of drought.lawn should never have been mowed.half the grass is brown due to lack of rain.even the township saw no reason to mow.where was esquire in this decision.all about the dollar.

Great company to work with. I am speaking as a contractor hired to work within their managed communities. Communication is key and they do well keeping our company in the loop and up to date on services needed, issues to be addressed etc.

Esquire management stepped in to manage our neighborhood approximately a year and a half ago. I have to say that I'm very pleased so far with the service that we've received.
Heather Shirk at the Columbia location is on top of all of the emails, complaints or concerns in the neighborhood.
We recently lost our HOA association. We are in the midst of trying to vote in another. During that time we've had some issues arise. Heather is quick too reply to emails and direct them and address them appropriately.

HOA certainly isn't their strong suit. Inept office staff, days to respond to requests, NEVER answer the phone. Your community would be better unmanaged then to have Esquire do it. Maybe stick to storage unit management? HOA seems to WAY over your head.

Heather at EAM helps make running our HOA much much easier. Great communicator and patient too.
